My family and I stayed here for our Spring Break. We were so impressed with this condo from the moment we entered it. The gulf and bay views from this particular unit are absolutely breathtaking!!. It was also very nicely furnished and extremely clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The owner Mike was very courteous and wonderfully accommodating to our family. We couldn't have asked for more and we cant' wait to go back! Thanks Mike!

Spring break stay

My family and I have been to this unit 3 times in the last 3 years (mid-March each year) and absolutely love it. Great floor layout, beautiful views of the gulf, superb ammenities and an awesome bike trail adjacent to the portofino resort (my wife is an avid runner and I a triathlete in training year round). The beaches are wonderful. A very family friendly stay. You can't go wrong! I'm sure we'll return, it gets in your blood!

My family spent 2nd week of January..weather was a little chilly but the views were so amazing it didn't hamper our experience at all. Condo is absolutely beautiful..we did not want to leave. Thanks Mike for being so accomodating and allowing us a late check out. We will definately be reaching out to you for our next vacation.

Perfect for Fall Vacation!

The weather couldn't have been better! The daytime temp was perfect! The sand was a little cool on our feet in the morning and late in the evening but the water was still warm, and there was no crowd. We saw dolphins playing and a school of fish go by early one morning. The beach at Portafino was perfect because when the tide was low, it was shallow and had what my kids called an island (sand bar i guess). It was great for shell searching too! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony with my cup of coffee each morning and watching the waves. Michael Moran was one of the nicest people I dealt with when trying to find a vacation rental. We would definately stay there again!

Amazing Condo with an Amazing View

There are just so many good things to say that I would exceed the limit on this review so I'll keep it short and sweet. The condo is very clean and well kept. The condo complex is gorgeous. The condo is located far enough from the activity of Pensacola Beach to allow for a very relaxing vacation. However, if you're looking for a more active vacation it's only a 5 minute drive away. My family and I loved this place and will definitely be back for years to come.

I have been to Portofino several times and it is a magnificent place to spend a vacation. Mike is excellent to work with, great communication and follow up so you feel secure in your rental experience. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation this year, and Mike made it easy and quickly followed thru on my deposit return. I will not hesitate to rent from him again, and portofino will always be my #1 vacation spot.

This was the perfect family vacation. From our balcony, we had a great view of the beach. It was absolutely beautiful. The condo was gorgeous! It was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Mike Moran was great to work, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this condo to those of you that have small children!!

We stayed Portofino Condo 5-603 from April 6-11, 2008 and had an absolutely great time. The condo is beautiful, even prettier then the pictures, the view is amazing! When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Mike has a nice book put together with info you may need while staying there such as restaurants, stores, etc. A nice extra touch. Mike was great to work with, great communication back and forth. We definitely will stay here again...hopefully next April! :)

We live just down the road from PC, but wanted to go on a quick get away. We had such a wonderful time we're looking into buy a condo here at Portifino. The view is wonderful, the unit is filled with everything you need. Even the Grocery Market was great and well priced. The pools/hot tubs were so relaxing. The unit is so close to the beach you can walk. One of the great things about this unit is you can see both the Gulf and the sound which is wonderful. We had a fabulous time and hope to visit again this summer, maybe in our own condo this time.

If you are needing a few days rest and relaxation this is the place to go. The beauty of the Gulf seems to wash away all the tensions of the world. The condo is wonderful with all the comforts of home. We like being able to cook breakfast and have snacks during the day then go out for dinner. It was a great place to vacation with our family and friends but our stay was too short will stay longer then time!!

I stayed in this unit over Memorial Day, and it was everything promised and more. The unit was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Portofino is the nicest complex on Pensacola Beach and well worth the cost. Mike was a pleasure to do business with, and I hope to return soon.

My husband and I recently stayed at this condo while in Pensacola to watch the National Flag Football Tournament. It was very easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. The condo is beautiful and very spacious, and the work out facility is top notch. The owner was very easy to contact and work with. There are plenty of places to eat on the beach, and with the great kitchen facilities it is also very convenient to make your own meals.
