Families of all ages enjoy our updated townhouse just steps to the beach. With three bedrooms and many amenities, it's the perfect setting for every vacation. We're a short drive from San Diego's famous attractions including the Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World and LegoLand.
Safely tucked away on the coast in the gated community of Sea Bluff, we're just steps from one of San Diego's most spectacular surfing beaches. Children of all ages enjoy our two swimming pools, tennis and the ease of a holiday at Sea Bluff. Encintas is nearby and a short walk to wonderful local restaurants. Everything is within easy reach.
Since the Beach House is our home several weeks a year, we take every care to create a relaxing and luxurious environment. Everything is updated and topnotch including HDTV, cable television in three rooms and a fully-stocked kitchen & bar.

Why the Owner Chose Encinitas
We began renting at Sea Bluff and then decided to make a permanent commitment to this place we like best. By owning our own home, we know our furnishings and decor will match our own tastes. Sea Bluff has been a fantastic second home for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
We love the easy access to the long and sandy beach just steps away from the house. Our grandchildren and guests love the two swimming pools. We're just a ten minute drive from LegoLand and only a 45 minute drive from the San Diego Airport. We have wireless Internet, cable TV and HDTV. Because Sea Bluff is a gated community with security, out-of-town guests feel comfortable knowing that only residents and guests are passing by.
