  This home is very comfortable, spacious and very clean. There were a ton of towels. The kitchen was very well stocked. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable. Beautiful beach and sunset views. Easy location close to main roads but very quiet. Nice warm pool and hot tub on property. There are stairs in this unit, so keep that in mind if you have little children or folks with difficulties handling stairs. We had no issue at all with school-aged kids in this unit, and we had space to spread out so we were not all on top of each other.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We were extremely pleased with this vacation rental. Everything written in the description and photos were just like we hoped and expected. We would recommend this to our friends. We also would return if the opportunity occurs. The owner returned our damage deposit very promptly.

  Our week here really was just fantastic. Yes the weather cooperated (doesn't it most of the time) but we really felt very comfortable in the house. I had full instructions before I arrived which were further backed up inside the house. Everything worked in the kitchen and utility room (not always the case in rental homes), cooking equipment was clean and well stocked, lots of towels, books and lovely views. We are very picky about beds and the ones here were in great shape with lots of linens. Much surfing was to be had on the beach but we used the pool quite a bit too. The neighbourhood seemed very friendly, safe and our two boys were even invited to a s'mores party on the last night. When we felt like leaving the 'community', we just nipped down the road for some amazing sushi and surf shops. It was an absolute perfect place to unwind. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives

  Can you give more than 5 stars?  This was the best VRBO we have ever had the pleasure of renting.  The town home  is immaculate and spacious, and the owners have graciously provided every thing one could possible need to make a vacation comfortable. The location is right on the beach, and a short drive to downtown Encinitas for restaurants and a new Whole Foods market. Legoland was a also close drive. The owners are very pleasant and professional. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our vacation stress-free.

  We just came back from our third trip to this Encinitas Townhouse. The home has everything you need to enjoy the beach and is centrally located to all activites in the area. Thanks to the owners for another fun week.

  What a wonderful place to stay and explore the San Diego area! This condo is spotlessly clean and is lovingly cared for by its owners. The kitchen is fully stocked (including a blender and toaster) and there are lots of extra towels and linens. The living room is cozy, with a large deck for outside dining. The master bedroom and bathrom and beautiful, and there are also two other bedrooms (one with twins- perfect for kids, and another with a queen).The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any question I had. They would go out of their way to provide us with information, and they clearly love their condo. Seabluffe is a great community- we spent a lot of time in the heated pool/hot tub, especially after spending the afternoon at the beach. It is so convenient to be able to walk to the beach, so when our youngest child needed to nap, I could return to the condo with her while my husband and son stayed at the beach. This is one of the best maintained rentals I have ever stayed in, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Encinitas area.

  "We have enjoyed a wonderful get-away with our [family] in your lovely home in this beautiful location. You have provided everything and we are grateful for the important and thoughtful necessities.   Wow! What a wonderful treat to stay in your beautiful home during our recent vacation! We were able to entertain frequently and everyone gushed over your beautiful home! The house was clean and very well supplied for all our needs. I definitely see why everyone gives it five stars!! It IS wonderful.

  We recently returned from a week at the beach house and found our stay to be most enjoyable. The house was well furnished, spacious and provided all the extras that we needed. We had plenty of room for my husband and I, our son and my mother and still had a room to spare. The front patio and back deck were wonderful for enjoying some fresh air in the afternoons and evenings. We loved having the internet access to look things up and keep up with email and such. We were close to everything we wanted to do, outlet shopping, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Seaworld, great restaurants and the beach of course! We really liked Pacific Coast Grill and Karl Strauss Brewery for places to eat. The beach was walking distance and when it was too chill for the beach we had the heated pool and hot tub. We also found a really great beach called Moonlight beach just a short drive up the road that had an excellent playground for children and we enjoyed several hours playing with our son there. I think anyone would have a memorable and comfortable stay at the beach house.
