This luxury condo is in the heart of Tybee Island and is only 35 yards from the ocean!
Watch huge ships go by down the channel while sipping wine and taking in the Georgia sunshine. Dolphin Watch is nestled amongst the lush tropical landscaping, that gives Tybee Island its charm and appeal.
Step through the front door into the warm and inviting condo, elegantly furnished in true Tybee Island luxury.
The living and dining areas are surrounded by gorgeous views of the ocean welcoming the Georgia sunshine into this fantastic vacation home. Adjoining the living and dining room is the well stocked kitchen.
Off the dining room is the Master Suite with a king bed, sliding doors that lead out to the deck and more expansive ocean views. The master bath has two sinks and a large walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed; the top is a twin and the bottom is a double. Dolphin Watch is equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation so come visit us and have your own little slice of heaven.
Our condo DOES NOT have a pool but is only 35 yards from gorgeous Tybee Island Beach so if it’s sun and surf you crave then come to Dolphin Watch and see for yourself.
Escape from the city and sip your mint julep from your large wrap around balcony that you can enter from the master bedroom or living room. Enjoy the view of pelicans flying by, watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf, watch the people and hear the sound of the music from the Tybee Pier. All from your balcony!

Tybee is a beautiful Atlantic Ocean barrier island that has been a favorite retreat of sea-lovers for at least 250 years. Take a refreshing walk along 5 miles of wide, flat, white-sand beaches, visit our historic museums, and take a tour to watch the dolphins play or dine on the finest seafood. We are only a 15 minute drive away from historic downtown Savannah, with its squares and fine dining, tours and monuments. Or, take the shuttle bus from Tybee Island to Savannah and visit movie locations of "Forrest Gump" and "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, dine at the world famous "Lady and Sons" and take our ever famous hearse ghost tour or haunted pub crawl.
Tybee Island stands at the mouth of the Savannah River and the lighthouse has cast its friendly beacon across the Atlantic Ocean since 1736. You've just got to see the beauty of its light from the North Beach after sunset - it's incredible!

Watching the dolphins frolick in the surf and seeing the pelicans fly by. During the summer the people watching on the beach is fabulous. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

Enjoyed the location - enjoyed the beach - enjoyed the neighbors - enjoyed the covered parking - I'm coming back. The balcony was the best - watched so many folks get parking tickets while enjoying a bottle of wine! Great entertainment at a minimal cost. Fireworks and music were phenomenal! Did I mention I'm coming back??!! Love, LOVE, LOVED it!

Have been in the travel business for many years, seen a lot of great places around the world. Never been to Tybee Island before. I have some wonderful friends in Savannah who introduced us to this Island. My friend and I spend a week there last year and can't wait to get back. The condo is right on the seafront and on the big balcony you can stay for hours just watching the Atlantic Ocean - of course with a nice bottle of wine. Many nice restaurants on the Island. We loved our stay at Dolphin Watch #7. We had a group of 6 and the condo was comfortable with lots of room and an incredible view of the beach. I have stayed twice in this condo and will always go back to this one. I have visited Tybee five times but this is the best place I have stayed. On my last visit I brought my daughter, two granddaughters and niece so they could see what I love so much. We stayed a week and had the time of our lives on the beach and in town. We all want to move here! When I look at these pictures I feel like I am "home". The condo is exceptionally clean and has everything we need. We loved going into Savannah and now I have a granddaughter who wants to attend SCAD.

I want to thank the owner for such a great place. It was just what my husband and I needed. It was so relaxing. We also liked that it was so spacious and the layout was great. We spent so much time on the balcony watching the ocean and at the beach. This was our first trip to Tybee we are so glad we stayed at this condo. We had looked at so many condos on Tybee after spending the week and seeing where the other condo were located we couldn't of picked a better place. We have nothing but great things to say. This was by far the best vacation we took. We are going to make it a yearly tradition. Thank you again.
