With renovations that began in September 2005, the condo has undergone a complete transformation! We believe newcomers will be pleasantly surprised and our repeat guests will come to love our Maui vacation home even more.
The master bedroom suite offers a king bed, sitting room, cable TV and a master bath with a view!! The master bedroom lanai (outdoor patio) is a great place to read the morning paper or watch for whales in the winter months.
The guest bedroom suite offers a king bed and a touch of whimsy with surfboard rugs and a beachy theme. Read a book or watch the boats head out to Molokini in the morning from your own private lanai. Enjoy the view of the moon dancing across the ocean at night.
The main living area is on the first floor with a 1/2 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and bar seating. The kitchen is full-size and fully equipped with updated appliances. Except for the carpeted living room, the condo is tiled throughout.
If you have to mix business with pleasure, sit down at the living room desk and take advantage or our FREE high speed internet access. Or just write a post card to your friends reminding them that YOU are in Maui!!
The downstairs lanai is tiered and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Your private lanai is a great place to dine, catch some rays, or relax and read a book. There is even a propane gas grill for your use. The choice to dine in or out is yours. If you choose to go out for dinner and/or do a little shopping, The Shops at Wailea and the major Wailea hotels are less than a mile away.
Many island visitors already know why staying at our Maui condo is better than a hotel. You get much more space in our Maui vacation home than in a hotel, get to choose whether you want to dine in, dine out, or grill out on the lanai, there is no need to argue over what to watch--we have three cable TVs! There is a full-size washer/dryer in the unit and all the comforts of home. Just check out our amenity list below!
