This house sits high on a hill on a quiet cul de sac with 320 degrees of unobstructed views of mountains and farm land at the rear, sweeping round to baywood inland waterway and Montana De Oro at the side. To the front of the house, 25 mile white water views of Estero Bay all the way to Cayucos and beyond, with Morro Rock in the foreground.

Sit in total privacy on the glass protected sun deck, surrounding the house, from sun up to sundown. The inside boasts comfortable, modern and stylish features including modern open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining table. It also has a beautiful landscape garden, Driveway parking for two cars and is a 15 minute walk from the beach.

Due to location, the house has steep stairs that may be a problem to elderly or disabled.
This house has so many breathtaking views both inside and out, you will not know where to sit. Possibly the best view in Morro Bay.
