Unit 213. WALK DOWN TO THE BEACH from your own private balcony. This is the third unit back (see picture) so it is very convenient to the beach. NO ELEVATORS or long walks to get back to your condominium. Located in building 2 three units back from the beach.

Newly decorated living room furniture featuring comfy microfiber sofa and chairs. New carpet and tile floors. Appliances include refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave and dish washer. Wireless internet connection is now available FREE.

Unit sleeps 6. There is a king bed in the Master Bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. Cable TV and DVD player in living room and BOTH bedrooms.
Mainsail has just finished building a new pool complete with kiddie pool and hot tub. There are also grills poolside for your use. The exercise room has also been renovated with state of the art equipment. Beach set up included.
