Stayed here as two couples over New Years. The condo is in an amazing location very close to PCMR. We were there with very little snow and were still able to walk a quick 2-3 min to the slope and ski down to the Three Kings Lift. At the end of the day we just skied across the end of the race course and walked the easy 3 min home. Not having to worry about loading people and gear into a car at the beginning and end of the day is such a luxury. The condo is great, very quiet and feels very secluded. The ski storage locker was very convenient and spacious. The owner, Chuck was very helpful and answered any questions we had right away. Community pool is great and very spacious. Overall the stay was excellent and we hope to return!
Owner response:Thank you, please come visit with us again.

We have stayed at this unit for four years. The location is absolutely fantastic. The way the condo is positioned you feel as if you are in a house on your own mountain! The aspens that surround the unit are beautiful on a calm, snowy morning. These condos are divided up so that there are only two units in this particular building. There is no unit above or beside it, so it is very quiet. The unit is also very spacious. The great room has vaulted ceilings adding to the spacious feel. The unit is also layed out well. The second bedroom is up the hall, making it easy when our kids need to go to bed and we want to stay up a little later. The unit has always been very clean each time we have stayed. We usually cook in the condo a few nights. The kitchen is set up with complete cookware/dishes etc. The garage is also a plus. The garage is small, but it will hold a Ford Expedition or similar as they say at Avis! You might have to fold in the mirrors, but it will fit! We have had many mornings in Park City that we have received several inches of snow, and having the car in the garage has been great. We have walked and skied down the "road" (its really just the road for this complex) to the lifts. It is just a short trip. We have, for various reasons driven, to the main lot at PCMR and it is only three minutes at the most. The hot tub and pool are very nice and clean. The hot tub is quite large and not crowded. Both the pool and the hot tub are kept at a good temperature. The pool is always a big hit with the kids. How many times can you swim outside when it's snowing! We have stayed at another place in Park City but we prefer Crescent Ridge. The location cannot be beat. The layout of the complex is unique. You truly feel like you are in a house, not a condo. As a side note, the owner Chuck was also helpful in getting us groceries for a nominal fee. It was very relaxing to avoid the Saturday evening grocery trip after traveling all day!

This place was great. We had plenty of room for us and our three boys and we only had to walk a short distance to ski down to the base. The condo was well stocked and in good condition. It was very bright and cheery and in a good location - short drive to restaurants - walk to base. We'd definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay in Park City. The condo is well located in relation to the ski area and shopping. lots of room and very comfortable. Closet space is generous and the bathrooms are big and well appointed. Like the access to the community pool. We'll be back.
