Biggest Oceanfront Balcony in P Coast. Now Booking April 15-30
Year Purchased: 2003
Why the Owner Chose Surf Club I
Close to Orlando and a relatively unknown area - a world away from the tourist traps and "party" hangouts of other Florida beach areas.
Gorgeous Golf Courses and exclusive communities (Hammock Beach)are our neighbors on one side; environmentally protected lands (which can Never Be Developed) on the other!
We also love the art galleries & chic European atmosphere of nearby St. Augustine --- when we can tear ourselves away from the Beach!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the last uncrowded "true beaches" in Florida. We always bike and walk for hours - time just slips by because its so beautiful and pleasant. While biking the trail or walking the beach, We've seen: peacocks, turtles, starfish, DOLPHINS, Florida bobcat (@Washington Oaks Park), Eagles and more. Not to mention shells, starfish, and crabs. And yet, I've Only seen 2 jellyfish in 6 yrs. (unlike Destin, Fl where I counted 30 while walking in April 2010.)
For residents & guests of the complex. Fish, crab, dock your boat for the day (no overnight here),and chill out. Bings Landing nearby is a free boat ramp for putting in. But- no trailers allowed in our parking, sorry.
Some guests prefer to swim here because all Coquina Rocks were removed before environmental restrictions outlawed this. Also, Marineland dates from the 50's & today you can book a swim w/ Dolphins Day here.
Much more than your average state park - tons of roses; camelias;azaleas, fountains, herb gardens; Citrus; 100 Year Old OAKS, fishing on the Intracoastal, and many more varieties of flora & fauna.
Bike Path is hidden in the woods & winds through them to then follow along A1A South - winding in & out of shade as you go -- but for the athletic, you can ride as far as Flagler Beach on this trail. Bring your own Helmet, though!

What a beautiful condo! This condo is spacious and very homey. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the beach is quiet. My husband and I had a great time. This is a great place for families and the local restaurants are wonderful as well. We felt right at home from the time we stepped through the door of the condo. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place!

My wife and 2 daughters (14yrs and 17 mo) just returned from Marie's condo last weekend. This was the MOST relaxing vacation I have had in years (maybe decades). The condo is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The breathtaking view from the panoramic balcony is awe inspiring. Watching the dolphins leap into the air in the morning was just amazing. You have access to surf as well as intercoastal fishing. Beautiful State Park minutes away. So secluded and peaceful, yet still close enough to enjoy Daytona, Orlando, Ocala, and of course St. Augustine (which we visited all). JT's Seafood Shack had the most suculent seafood. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for some genuine R & R. We hope to return to Marie's condo in future years. Sincerely, Louis C

Condo was great, corner unit with great views. My wife, daughter, son , daughters friend and I had a great time. Quiet relaxing beach, not crowded. We used two of the pools and kids loved it. Enjoyed going into St. Augustine and seeing some of the sights. We visited Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, Ripleys, and did a ghost tour. Salt Water Cowboys was good. JT's to the south had all you can eat fried shrimp and it was wonderful and not very exspensive. Building is in a quiet area, not alot of hustle and bustle. Pools weren't crowded when we went to them. It's close enough to everything for convience but not in the middle of things. We usually don't go to the same area two years in a row but we will definatly consider coming back here again. My daughter really wants to come back and visit some in St. Augustine, she watched Ghost Hunters episode where they were there and wants to go back. Host was great to work with. Thanks for a great vacation.

We just returned from our week at Marie's condo, and what a restful and relaxing week it was. Everything you needed was right there. Many times I have been to the beach and the kitchen in the condo is sparsley furnished with utensils. Not this one!! Everything you can imagine!! Myself, my husband, and my daughter and her husband and a wonderful time. This was our last summer vacation together for a while as the kids are heading out to Germany after the first of the year, with my new grandson! There was fishing, swimming with the dolphins at Marineland and a great trip to St. Augustine. We saw dolphins in the mornings and turtles and snakes in the evening!! Gathered lots of shells with our many walks along the beach. Thanks again Marie for being so wonderful to work with and being so kind to rent out your wonderful condo. This very well may be our new vacation destination!

My wife and I and our adult son and his girlfriend spent the week of July 11 at the condo. We had a great time enjoying the beach, the pools, biking on the beach and at the state park across the street from the condo. The condo has a great view of the beach and we saw whales several mornings while enjoying coffee on the deck. The condo is right on the beach but you have multiple other beaches that are a short drive in either direction. We spent most evenings eating seafood at one of St Augustine's many fine restuarant's. Marie was great to work with and we would highly recommend their condo.

I just wanted to thank you for being so helpful and easy to work with. We had a great vacation in Palm Coast and your condo (w/ all the amenities) is great!! I really enjoyed the bottle of red wine you left for us and the Cuban coffee maker made me feel at home. We are looking forward to our next vacation in Palm Coast. Thanks again!!

I think Carol & Barry meant to say they stayed here in March 2009, NOT 2008. And hopefully, they will be back with us again sometime in 2010!!

We stayed in this wonderful condo from March 15 to March 30, 2008. It is beautiful and so relaxing. Everything we needed was available. Listening to the surf all night was unforgetable. The pools were lovely. The kitchen is to die for although we ate out a lot at wonderful restaurants. Our vacation was fabulous!!!
