If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation this property in Palm Coust is the right place. The condo is really spacious and well stocked. You have everything you need. We enjoyed amaizing views from the balcony. You actually could see the ocean from the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom. Surf Club I is not crowded at all. Our kids loved the pools. We also enjoyed playing tennis. The tennis courts were well-maintened and not crowded. There are a lot of places to visit nearby. Marineland is only minutes away. The condo is right on the beach. Our children loved the coquina rocks on the beach. For swimming in the ocean you have multiple other beaches that are a short distance from the condo. Thank you Marie and Kevin for sharing your beautiful and peaceful condo.
Owner response:We're always happy when our guests explore and find new things to tell us or others about. We recommend swimming in the ocean at low tide and the hours before and after low tide, for the best experience and the largest expanse of sandy beach, as seen in our photos.

My wife and 2 daughters (14yrs and 17 mo) just returned from Marie's condo last weekend. This was the MOST relaxing vacation I have had in years (maybe decades). The condo is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The breathtaking view from the panoramic balcony is awe inspiring. Watching the dolphins leap into the air in the morning was just amazing. You have access to surf as well as intercoastal fishing. Beautiful State Park minutes away. So secluded and peaceful, yet still close enough to enjoy Daytona, Orlando, Ocala, and of course St. Augustine (which we visited all). JT's Seafood Shack had the most suculent seafood. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for some genuine R & R. We hope to return to Marie's condo in future years. Sincerely, Louis C

What a beautiful condo! This condo is spacious and very homey. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the beach is quiet. My husband and I had a great time. This is a great place for families and the local restaurants are wonderful as well. We felt right at home from the time we stepped through the door of the condo. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place!

We just returned from our week at Marie's condo, and what a restful and relaxing week it was. Everything you needed was right there. Many times I have been to the beach and the kitchen in the condo is sparsley furnished with utensils. Not this one!! Everything you can imagine!! Myself, my husband, and my daughter and her husband and a wonderful time. This was our last summer vacation together for a while as the kids are heading out to Germany after the first of the year, with my new grandson! There was fishing, swimming with the dolphins at Marineland and a great trip to St. Augustine. We saw dolphins in the mornings and turtles and snakes in the evening!! Gathered lots of shells with our many walks along the beach. Thanks again Marie for being so wonderful to work with and being so kind to rent out your wonderful condo. This very well may be our new vacation destination!

My wife and I and our adult son and his girlfriend spent the week of July 11 at the condo. We had a great time enjoying the beach, the pools, biking on the beach and at the state park across the street from the condo. The condo has a great view of the beach and we saw whales several mornings while enjoying coffee on the deck. The condo is right on the beach but you have multiple other beaches that are a short drive in either direction. We spent most evenings eating seafood at one of St Augustine's many fine restuarant's. Marie was great to work with and we would highly recommend their condo.

Condo was great, corner unit with great views. My wife, daughter, son , daughters friend and I had a great time. Quiet relaxing beach, not crowded. We used two of the pools and kids loved it. Enjoyed going into St. Augustine and seeing some of the sights. We visited Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, Ripleys, and did a ghost tour. Salt Water Cowboys was good. JT's to the south had all you can eat fried shrimp and it was wonderful and not very exspensive. Building is in a quiet area, not alot of hustle and bustle. Pools weren't crowded when we went to them. It's close enough to everything for convience but not in the middle of things. We usually don't go to the same area two years in a row but we will definatly consider coming back here again. My daughter really wants to come back and visit some in St. Augustine, she watched Ghost Hunters episode where they were there and wants to go back. Host was great to work with. Thanks for a great vacation.

I just wanted to thank you for being so helpful and easy to work with. We had a great vacation in Palm Coast and your condo (w/ all the amenities) is great!! I really enjoyed the bottle of red wine you left for us and the Cuban coffee maker made me feel at home. We are looking forward to our next vacation in Palm Coast. Thanks again!!

We stayed in this wonderful condo from March 15 to March 30, 2008. It is beautiful and so relaxing. Everything we needed was available. Listening to the surf all night was unforgetable. The pools were lovely. The kitchen is to die for although we ate out a lot at wonderful restaurants. Our vacation was fabulous!!!

We arrived to a beautiful beach and bright, sunny weather. Of course, we had to pick the week Tropical Storm Faye also decided to vacation in Palm Coast. After the first few days of sunshine, we had rain and wind. Marie called to check on us and make sure everything was going ok. We appreciated her concern so much. Despite the storm, we had an awesome time as it gave us time to connect with our 3 teenage children. We are already planning a trip back to visit the condo again. Thank you so much for allowing us the experience of a week on the beach.

Fabulous Corner unit with two walls of ocean views! Two sided balcony to enjoy ocean. Very clean condo with wonderful owners that are very accomodating. Washington Oaks Park is very close and absolutely gorgeous. Also, the coquina rocks on the beach are so cool. There are lots of things to do here - golf, Marineland, bike riding, shop and visit museums in St Augustine. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed the condo very much and would stay there again. It allowed my husband and I separate hangout rooms to watch our own individual tv shows and each still enjoy the view of the ocean. The balcony was wonderful overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed the pools as did our grandkids the two days they stayed with us. It was nice parking in the garage and knowing the vehicle wasn't left out in the open where any one could get to it. It was very quiet when we were there the first week of June.
