It is conveniently located adjacent to the famed Terra Lago Golf Club (aka: Landmark) putting 36 challenging holes just a short distance away.

The community's landscaped meandering pathways are perfect for morning walks, evening jogs or weekend bike rides. With a 20 acre recreation lake, you will be able to capture the romance of life on the water. Evenings are, especially, pleasant! Picture a quite meal, lakeside in your private patio, with a glass of wine!
Within a short drive you can enjoy a multitude of dining establishments, boutiques, theatres and shopping. You are less than ten minutes from several vegas style casinos which feature famed headliners. THE LAKE. THE GOLF. THE LIFE.
