This luxurious ocean front villa was built as our private residence with excruciating attention to detail. Furnishings were selected for the discriminating visitor and feature fine inlaid woods and silk fabrics. Each bedroom is separate from the main house for the ultimate in privacy. As you enter the vaulted breezeway your first view is a stunning ocean vista. At night, you can see the lights of St. Maarten in the distance. The terrace features huge Italian tiles with sea-themed decos leading to the large private pool with Mexican glass tiles and custom mosaic scenes.
Both bedrooms feature King sized beds, Argentinean tiles, custom wood cabinetry and private baths with shower views directly over the ocean. The yacht-inspired kitchen is a wonder to behold, knowing the wood was hand cut and formed by true artisans leads to a before unknown appreciation of real craftsmen. Our property is beautifully landscaped with many different varieties of palms and flowering Hibiscus and Bougainvillea. A truly peaceful oasis.

Let me start by saying that you have built a magnificent villa down in St. Barths. I was truly afraid that the actual place would not be able to live up to the photos you provided, but it did. In every way. Everything was just as I imagined. The beautiful view from just about everywhere in the house, the beautiful tiled floors, the kitchen, the bathroom, the shower, etc. Simply beautiful.
