    What a wonderful surprise after hearing all the internet scams and deceptive pictures this house is EXACTLY as described. Spent a week at the villa and everything was perfect - clean, comfortable, and as described. PERFECT for the five of us and the pets. GREAT responses from the owner and are already getting ready to set up next years rental. what more could anyone ask for - JUST PERFECT. thanks alan

    This was the perfect house for us. It was clean, roomy and had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the abundant supply of towels and kitchen ware. I will definitely stay again if I take another trip to Florida. Very family friendly home. Alan was easy and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

    With a last minute Orlando visit by my sister's family looming, I found this property. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, so imagine my surprise to find a fully equipped 4 bedroom , with study and 3 bath pool home that rivaled any luxury hotel in Orlando. The house and grounds are spotless, the drive time to Disney was less than 20 mins and the area restaurants and stores were minutes away. Oh, did I mention it was also pet friendly??? With prior approval of breed and size of course, but what a relief to not require a kennel.. I look forward to my next stay in this great vacation option...Thanks Alan !!!

    The Tangerine home is one of the cleanest, well maintained homes we've ever rented! We love the convenient location and the fact that the home has a security system makes it even better and more desirable for us. That our 3 (much loved) girl greyhounds are welcome to stay here is very important. Thanks Alan!

    The house is located in a very quiet and private community just north of 192 - "not overlooked" as the Brits like to say. There is a high hedge on one side (in front of an empty field) and a fence with field behind it, creating a very private pool area. Our group (including our little dog) had a ton of room to spread out and appreciated the peace and quiet. Only a few miles to the beautiful West Orange bike trail. Thanks!

    I had such an amazing holiday, getting away from it all in Tangerine Villa! It's a stunning place and I really felt able to relax and unwind. I would say it's a home away from home but my home is nowhere near as nice as this- I wish it was! The beds are super comfortable, I love the open plan kitchen and living area and the outside pool area is completely secluded- not overlooked at all. The outside area is definitely a real gem. The pool is really a decent size and there's a really generous seating and sunbathing area- the pictures don't do it justice! I also have a special reason to love this place so much and always will... my boyfriend (now fiance!) proposed to me outside by the pool- absolutely magical. An amazing moment in an amazing place! I hope we can go back one day as husband and wife :o)

    My son particapated in the Great Floridian Iron Man event. Your house was a perfect location for both the event in Clermont and Disney. The house layout was perfect for the family and we really enjoyed the pool. I would recommend to anyone visiting Disney as the location is perfect.....and yes my son is an Iron Man...13hrs 47min Holshouser Family

    AN ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL VILLA,FURNISHED WITH EVERYTHING ONE WOULD NEED FOR A GREAT RELAXING HOL. PLUS YOU CAN BAR-B-Q AND DINE OUTSIDE WITHOUT GETTING WET! AS IT HAS BEEN THOUGHTFULLY BUILT WITH OUTSIDE COVERED AREA! LOVELY AND SPACIOUS SO NOBODY TRIPS OVER ANYONE! IN GREAT AREA,PERFECT FOR RELAXING AFTER HARD DAY AT DISNEY ETC. WE AS A FAMILY ENJOYED LIVING IN THIS FLORIDA HOUSE FOR TWO WEEKS,WISH IT WAS OURS !!!

    This is a wonderful villa - we didn't want to leave! It is bright, spacious and comfortable. Exceptionally well equipped - it really does feel like home. The pool is great (especially for kids) and the outside area is very private. The covered deck with lights and fans are perfect for eating any meal outside. Washing machine and dryer also mean you can travel light. It is very close to the parks and attractions with several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this villa to anyone – you won’t be disappointed!

    It feels like home! Great location. Fabulous layout! Enough room for all! Pool is wonderful. Covered deck wih large enough eating area for our family. Can't wait to return. MS, Ridge, NY

    Five of us stayed in this very clean house. It's quite large and well-appointed-except for some easily obtainable kitchen items (coffee filters/spices). The cleaning staff proved to be very kind in returning some items we left behind. We booked using PayPal, which went smoothly. WalMart and Publix are nearby...

    We four - Grandma, Daddy, Jack (6) & Jessica (4)had a great stay in Tangerine Villa. It is a beautiful property & we enjoyed it very much......and the pool. Sadly not there long enough to get full use of the pool as we were 'Theme Parked Out' by the time we returned most evenings! A lovely restful place to stay, and so nice to have a home-from-home to return to, with all the facilities. Lovely to be able to return home with a case of freshly laundered clothes too! We would recommend your villa to anyone who asks. Diane, Kris, Jack & Jessica Hall

    This was a great experience. Rent this house. There were 9 of us, 6 adults, 3 kids. About 20 min from all the big parks. We are also triathletes and did a lot of cycling in addition to 8 theme or water park visits over 2 week stay. The best rides are north of the City of Clermont. The ride up was on busy roads but was okay with a bike lane, or a couple of times, we put bikes in the van, and rode further north. Great riding for experienced riders. Backyard is quite private and was relaxing. House is very nice, and owners are very responsive to all your questions. I did everything on line, no problems. All of us would recommend this experience and this house without hesitation. Very easy, very comfortable. Enjoy !
