It truly is the best place on Fort Lauderdale Beach. The moment you walk in you will feel right at home. Our Condo, has it all bright vibrant colors in every room with beach towel, small surfboards, sand toys for lots of fun at the Beach. You can cook and dine in or have a romantic evening dining on the balcony overlooking the pool and southern view. But when you walk out (watch out) you will have a hard time deciding what to do first.

Turn left one block to the water taxi with lots to offer like site-seeing cruises, or ride it five blocks to Famous Las Olas Riverfront, with countless restaurant and shops Or take a day cruise to South Beach. Just $9 for all day. Or walk along the Las Olas Marina and look at million dollar Yachts docked. Maybe to the right one block to all of the in and outdoor restaurants, there are so many you will hard time choosing. You will enjoy the nightlife as well, with live entertaining nightly.

You will be able to walk safely back to the Condo. The Condo street is well lighted and has in and outdoor cameras with a key security door system. Maybe you would like to take a walk by the Beach on the paver sidewalk along side the famous illuminated Ocean wall. Have a seat on the wall and watch the waves come in with the sand at your feet. Whatever direction you choose you will want to come back year after year...

  • My family and I had the best family vacation in years. We were all impressed with the condo and its location. Felt like we were at home. Easy access to everything a family needs. You really don't need a car. The Sparks even supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and tools for the kids to play with on the beach. We have decided that we are going back next year. Thanks Mallie for allowing us to be in your home. You guys are wonderful host and we appreciate your kindness. Looking forward to booking your condo again next year.

We didn't have any problems finding anything. Directions are good. We had wonderful weather and the food was good. It is just nice to walk along the beach and enjoy the sun rise.   • We loved staying at this condo. It is very livable - we were there for a month. The location is amazing, we enjoyed walking down to beach place after dinner to hear live music most days of the week. And walks across the intercoastal along the marina seeing million dollar real estate. Definately a great place all around!

  • For me, one word describes this condo and that would be, "Location, Location, Location." The beach, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. were all very close by. The condo itself was clean, roomy, very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities of home and then some. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  • My husband and I travel to Fort Lauderdale regularly and this was the first time we tried renting a condo. It was great. The unit was equipped perfectly for our needs...only missing thing was an iron and ironing board! Location is just perfect. We even walked to the Galleria Mall and back. The Beach is right there, busses are readily available though we had a car. The unit came with a parking place which is also handy. Never saw or heard any neighbors. If you had kids it would be a prefect spot as the beach is just a block away and they have lots of beach paraphenalia. We'll definitely rent again. The owners were very quick to respond to all questions, helpful,and very nice. Oh and there are great restaurants within walking distance....Casablanca Cafe on the beach, Trina's (pricier though). My favorite in Ft Laud is still Bravo on 17th Street. AT all costs avoid Shula's and Tara.

  • My wife and I have been to the place on several occations. The rentors are wonderful and affordable. This is a great location for Ft. Lauderdale's night life. There was no need to rent a car while there....everything is within walking distance. We took a taxi from the airport and back for around $20.00 including a tip. The condo is a fun and relaxing place. We feel that it is now our home away from home!!!! We would recommend it to anyone.
