Step out of the hectic hustle and bustle of the city and step into the tranquility of our lakefront vacation rental home. The peaceful surroundings allow you to relax as you spend evenings on the deck watching the sunset over the lake or mornings sipping coffee as the cool breeze blows over the water. The natural beauty of the area comes to life with abundant deer, birds, and other wildlife. Swimming and fishing are just steps away; it is only 100 feet to the water's edge with easy off access. A nice gravel beach area provides access to tie-off a boat or jet ski during the day.
This home is truly an all-season getaway. Summers are filled with fun whether you are swimming, fishing, skiing, or boating. Fall brings the brilliant colors of autumn leaves, craft fairs, and football games. Winters are warm and cozy as you enjoy a crackling fire burning in either of the two native stone fireplaces and the home is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Spring is the perfect time for picnics as the trees and flowers come into bloom.
Comfort and cleanliness is our top priority for our guests. We take pride in providing fresh, immaculate accommodations for up to eight guests. We offer 3 bedrooms (plus two queen pillow top sleeper sofas) and 2 baths.
The home is newly remodeled and is furnished with major appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with stone fireplace, TV/DVD, beautiful hardwood floors, queen sleeper and plenty of windows to view the water and landscape.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV/DVD, ample closets and drawer space. The second bedroom has a queen bed with TV/DVD. An extensive complimentary movie library (over 400 titles) is available for your selection.
Outside is a beautiful deck with patio furniture and a BBQ grill where you will enjoy the spectacular view and beautiful sunsets.
Downstairs offers a family room with queen sleeper, big screen TV, DVD player, stone fireplace, games, Master Bedroom w/King bed, bath, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Step out of the sliding glass doors and walk right down to the lakeside.
The house is located less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Horseshoe Bend State Park with swim beach, picnic pavilions, boat launches, playground areas and a full service Marina.
Our home is non-smoking and is located in the most convenient lake location to restaurants and shopping in Rogers and surrounding areas. The legendary Monte Ne Chicken Inn is 4 miles away for a delicious family style dinner. It is just 15 minutes to the new Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall and John Q. Hammons convention center.

Rental Rates: In Season (April - October); Off Season (November - March)
Off Season Rates $200/1 night; $180/2-3 nights; $155/4-6 nights or $1000/week.
In Season Rates $250/night; $225/2-6 nights or $1450/week.
Cleaning Fee ($50) and Taxes Are Additional. Refundable security deposit required.
50% Deposit Upon Reservation. 50% Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival.
Thirty (30) Day Cancellation Policy.

We were able to spend a relaxing week at this home with my husband's family. Having the lake in the backyard made it perfect for taking the kids to swim every day. The home was nice and clean and supplied with everything we needed. It was also nice to meet the homeowners, as they live next door. They were very nice and were available for anything. We will definitely add this house to our list of homes that we would like to return to!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This cabin was the perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family of 6. Plenty of space inside, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, & plenty of towels/necessities. The views were beautiful in November-can only imagine it the rest of the year! The owners are diligent to ensure you have everything you need-including pamphlets from every nearby attraction imaginable & access to 400+ movies. Any problems that might arise WOULD be resolved-they were great to deal with. Thanks for a great home to rent!

This house is wonderful. The pictures and the description do not do the property justice. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The details mean so much. The pillows, mattresses, tvs, and furniture were all top notch. We have rented many vacation homes over the years, and this one is near the top of our list of favorite places. Come and have a relaxing weekend and an amazing experience.

We (three adults, one 7 yr old) stayed here Aug 09 for about two weeks. The property was immaculate and did we enjoy the views and the lake as well! Even the weather cooperated! We also had (~daily) visits from our other daughter who lives here in NWA with husband and two little ones. This was truly a most enjoyable house, location and vacation. We will be back!!

We had a great week in this house and highly recommend it. Our young kids loved playing in the yard and lake. The house was updated and spotless with many extras we did not expect. We had plenty of space and easy access to the lake. We would do it again!
