The natural beauty of the area comes to life with abundant deer, birds, and other wildlife. It is only 100 feet to the water's edge with easy off access.
This home is truly an all-season getaway. Summers are filled with fun whether you are swimming, fishing, skiing, or boating. Fall brings the brilliant colors of autumn leaves, craft fairs, and football games. Winters are warm and cozy as you enjoy a crackling fire burning in either of the two native stone fireplaces and the home is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Spring is the perfect time for picnics as the trees and flowers come into bloom.
Comfort and cleanliness is our top priority for our guests. We take pride in providing fresh, immaculate accommodations for up to eight guests. We offer 3 bedrooms (plus two queen pillow top sleeper sofas) and 2 baths.
The home is newly remodeled and is furnished with major appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer and ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with stone fireplace, TV/DVD, beautiful hardwood floors, queen sleeper and plenty of windows to view the water and landscape.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, TV/DVD, ample closets and drawer space. The second bedroom has a full bed with TV/DVD. An extensive complimentary movie library (over 400 titles) is available for your selection.
Outside is a beautiful deck with patio furniture and a BBQ grill where you will enjoy the spectacular view and beautiful sunsets.
Downstairs offers a family room with queen sleeper, big screen TV, DVD player, stone fireplace, games, Master Bedroom w/King bed, bath, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Step out of the sliding glass doors and walk right down to the lakeside.
The house is located less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Horseshoe Bend State Park with swim beach, picnic pavilions, boat launches, playground areas and a full service Marina. We provide a boat slip at the marina for use during your stay at no additional charge.
Our home is non-smoking and is located in the most convenient lake location to restaurants and shopping in Rogers and surrounding areas. The legendary Monte Ne Chicken Inn is 4 miles away for a delicious family style dinner. It is just 15 minutes to the new Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall and John Q. Hammons convention center.
