Like new, fourth floor, mountain view, studio Condominium on the ocean in Lahaina Towne. New kitchen cabinets, new tile, new tub/shower. All countertops granite. New dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. Very clean. Large lanai with table and two chairs. Queen-size murphy bed with memory foam. New flat screen TV, Expensive memory foam on queen bed, new pillows.
Walk next door for dinner with choice of three restaurants or the luau. Walk to Lahaina Towne restaurants, galleries, jewelry stores, and banyan tree. Lahaina Harbor for fishing, diving, snorkeling, and catch the ferry to Lanai or Molokai for the day. Tennis and basketball at the park across the street. Oceanfront pool with jacuzzi. Great beach for relaxing and snorkeling out by the reef.

After 9 trips to Maui we bought this beautiful studio condo at the best located Resort on the Island. We love to step out onto the beach and watch the sunset.
It's within walking distance to so much. Walk along the beach to the center of Lahaina Towne have dinner at one of the many restaurants, browse galleries and stores and walk "home". Maui Paradise.

Thanks for sharing a little piece of paradise with us. Your condo was perfect for us with a great location. We couldn't be more happy with your accomodations. We snorkeled on 5 different Beaches, drove up and down the coast line, did a sunset dinner cruise (which was awesome) and of course walked up the street where all the action takes place. The resort itself is very well kept and staff were so helpful and friendly. Thanks so much! mahalo

We arrived for a wedding so we had about 40 other people in our party. Besides the groom and bride who stayed in the penthouse, we BY FAR had the best room on the resort. Thanks for the great accomodations. Mahalo!

We loved this studio condo and will return again! Some how we thought it was on the pool side when we rented. It is on the mountain side which means the parking lot side too. But that was ok with us. We loved sitting out on the Lanai with our coffee, watching the town come alive in the morning. It was so fun to see the different methods of carring a surf board! The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.I do recommend using the conceirge in the hotel to book all your outings. We fell for the Time share offers in town and had a miserable time at Diamond International Resort in Kanappali! The town of Lahaina is awesome. Our favortine place on the Island. Everything is within walking distance. The pool was perfect and having the beach right out back was such a bonus. We ended up hanging out at the resort a lot just because the beach, pool and grounds are so beautiful and relaxing. This is the first time I have ever gotten a good nights sleep in a rental and it was on a Murphy bed! Guests should know they will not get maid service during their stay so don't use all your towels on the first day. We were glad we brought our own pool towels as you don't get access to the hotels. Make sure you eat at Bettys Wednesday night for the Lobster feed and you get to see the feast of Le Le for free!
Owner response:Thanks Dianna and Don! The 4th floor mountain view is great and much more quiet than the pool side! Beach towels are in the unit. (I pay extra to have them there for your private use!) I also sleep better there than at home! We were going to replace the murphy with a regular bed but it's sure nice to fold it up and out of the way during the day especially if you have a visit with friends. The expensive memory foam on top makes it so nice. Thanks for rentilng our condo in paradise and welcome back any time! Mahalo, Mike

Comfortable, clean space with well stocked kitchen. The location is very convenient and ammenable to walking most everywhere. The resort was accomodating and friendly. Would recommend this place to any of my friends or family without hesitation.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

I very much enjoyed celebrating my 60th birthday here. We dined at Pacifico next door and watched the feast at Lele. The snorkeling was wonderful - the best ever! The beach walks and watching the surfers was great. We loved the location and convenince of being able to cook our own food. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your place, Aloha!

Wow! What more can you say about the place. This was the perfect location for day trips and an easy walk to enjoy the night life. The lanai with a view of the mountains was great. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. Thanks for the hospitality.
