I have lived in the Vail Valley for over thirty years and work at Beaver Creek for Vail Resorts.
Why the Owner Chose Edwards
This is a fabulous area and everything you need is just steps away, from a fabulous bookstore and lots of shopping, to wonderful restaurants, a movie theater and grocery store. Very convenient location. For easy access to Beaver Creek Mountain, Arrowhead is just 3 minutes away. Beaver Creek is 5 minutes and Vail is 15. I love the building! Riverwalk is great! My deck gets afternoon sun and I love the gas line that makes grilling easy all year long!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Easy access to skiing or golf, and over 20 restaurants within walking distance. There is a lovely recreation path that runs along the river. Great fly fishing too! You can bike from Edwards to Avon on the path, and then on to Vail. There are several bike shops in the area that rent bikes.

We enjoyed the just down the street shopping and fine restaurants as well as a well stocked super market all within a few blocks. The condo was nicely furnished; the owner was very accommodating and available if needed. Would certainly stay there again. Vail and Beaver Creek are just minutes away with all their amenities.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.

I spent a wonderful May week in this beautifully furnished and equipped condo. Everything was tasteful and clean, the Riverwalk location was fabulous and convenient.
