For your perfect dream vacation, you must put St.Maarten on your list. Our beautifully decorated condo is the ideal place to relax and unwind from your busy life! Sit in our private hot tub on our front balcony from the seventh floor of Wyndham Sapphire Beach Club and watch the planes arriving in the near distance, and the boats passing by. We are a corner unit, with wonderful, clear views from all three balconies! The Caribbean out front, the mountains to the side and Simpson Bay Lagoon out back.
The condo has white tile and marble floors, granite countertops and is comfortable and inviting. The dining room table seats 4, the bar area seats 4 and the table on the balcony seats 4. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bdrm has a queen bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the den. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are balconies off the master bdrm and the kitchen as well. The pool is large and has a Tiki bar/restaurant for easy dining options, three meals a day.
Central location near both Marigot and Philipsburg, for great shopping. Many superb restaurants and the Atlantis Casino are within a few minutes walking distance. The island's only golf course is next to our Condo! From the Carolinas, there is a direct flight out of Charlotte to SXM each day leaving around 11am and is only 3.5 hours long.

We hope you choose to stay in our condo on your next trip to the beautiful, friendly island of St. Maarten! Our condo is centrally located on the Dutch side and is very near the Atlantis Casino and several good restaurants/bars. Easy access to Mullet Bay beach and the golf course. Our second bedroom is very small, but we have stayed there for a week at a time, and the queen size bed is comfortable and the small bath is efficient. We have maximized the space as best we could, and want to make it known, we do not have two master suites! We love this island and cherish our times there.....hope you will soon find out why!
