Beautiful 2011 built eco-home on quiet 2 mile long Woods Pond. 5 bedroom 2 bath home with 220 feet of waterfront and a waterview from almost every room! State of the art appliances, granite countertops, a large deck, and screened in porch. 4 acre flat lot with tons of privacy. A lake to relax on, or jetski and boat. Our house is located on the 'sunny side' of the lake- morning sun all day as well as beautiful sunsets!
Can't leave home without your pet? You don't have to! Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Enjoy hiking and swimming in the warm weather, or skiing in the winter at nearby Shawpee Peak.
New to the area? Bridgton is a charming town with indoor and drive-in movie theatre, restaurants, and gift shops. We are located only 5 minutes to downtown, 10-15 minutes to Naples (waterfront dining, jet ski rentals, etc) and 30 minutes to North Conway!

Your home is so welcoming...warm yellows and golden woods that lift the spirit! Our annual ski weekend was a perfect match for your space. We had wonderfully open spaces and enough private spaces to meet our needs. I enjoyed the morning light on the pond and in the house- what a special treat! A 5 star house. We love the area and easy access to skiing, snowshoeing, and the downtown area.

My husband and I brought our dogs up to spend the holiday for a little r&r. We loved the home, layout, taste, amenities, etc! The property is absolutely beautiful, the water gets more stunning as the hours head toward the evening. The outside area was a perfect space for the dogs to run. We ate breakfast at the diner Valerie suggested (Ricky's) and it couldn't have been better! We also had dinner and drinks at the Black Horse Tavern. Looking forward to returning in the warmer months for a different outdoor retreat! Thank you for sharing your home with us. Chris & Rachel

We had a wonderful week here, in spite of some rain. The house is so comfortable and roomy that we had a great time anyway. We loved the screened in porch, the deck, and the ponds and woods. This was a first for our extended family- we ranged in age from 4 months to 64 years-and there was something for everyone! I'd forgotten how good a workout a game of ping pong can be-and playing volleyball with my grandson was great. We loved the sounds of the loons! The house-the kitchen, everything was great. Thank you for creating such an inviting spot. Looking forward to a return visit.

We spent 2 weeks here on Woods Pond. While mostly our time was spent on the pond, enjoying swimming and kayaking, and a little fishing, we also ventured out by bike and motorcycle and took in much of the countryside. The children absolutely loved swimming in the pond. We also enjoyed the drive-in movie theater. Our dog was in heaven wandering in the woods... but the best thing was for us was the quiet. The peace and quiet and calm of Woods Pond was more than we hoped for. Thank you for offering such a beautiful, comfortable and restful spot.

We came for a wedding, but it was so much more...We enjoyed being on this beautiful pond. We had three generationsso we all enjoyed different things. The baby loved the screened in porch. It was perfect for him. We went to Naples everyday either to eat or to ride in a boat. We loved the Black Horse Tavern in Bridgton. The middle age group loved the pond and was in it every day. We all enjoyed the ping pong table a lot!

I grew up coming to Woods Pond at our famiy summer home. The area is beautiful; you can come to relax or have plenty to do. The lake is perfect for boating and swimming.
