The only time we have open is starting on 4/21/12.
SPECIAL NOTE: We remodeled our condo extensively. We replaced all kitchen cabinets, installed a deep double bowl black granite sink, tile backsplash and also installed a new stove and refrigerator, We also replaced our old entertainment cabinet with a new modern tapes and book storage cabinet and installed a new wall mount 37" Toshiba flatscreen TV. Further, we replaced our King bedroom furniture with a NEW White Cottage set and also installed new "Mississippi Pine" wood laminate flooring in the bedroom. NO dirt catching carpeting remains in our condo. Additionally, our NEW Heavy Duty Hurricane rated Turtle Tint windows and 9' slider door not only provides more safety, but more comfort for our condo as well. The AC now cools faster and better.
You expect to see GREAT VIEWS from a Penthouse level beachside condo and you will get them Big Time from our place. We have a number of e-referrals we can share attesting to the Fabulous Views you will experience "On Top". Beware: there are many condos in our complex which have very poor and low unappealing parking lot views. You're going on Vacation, right? You deserve to be able to say WOW !!!!!!!!! when you lease a beachside vacation condo. You will LOVE our Fort Myers Beach Penthouse condo views !!
This Penthouse-level (14th floor) condo is situated on the Gulf of Mexico with fabulous views of Estero Bay, Naples, and Sanibel Island from the covered balcony. This one bedroom condo features a very comfortable king-size bed as well as a new queen sleeper sofa & rocker/recliner in the living room with a heavy sliding door for privacy. NOTE: Beautiful porcelain tile installed in the "Diamond" pattern on all floors except the bedroom. It is gorgeous!! Only a handful of units offer this very upscale feature.
The Kitchen is fully-equipped including new arm kitchen chairs on wheels. Towels/linens are provided (see amenities below). Just bring your own beach towels! There is a huge heated pool with luxurious sun deck. There is a large grassy area for additional crowd-free sunning or sports activities.
Restaurants, drug store, marina and 18 hole golf course are just across the street. The beach trolley is only 25 cents and will take you from one end of the beach to the other and to Fort Myers for additional shopping or dining. There are two Supermarkets on the island. There is a Catholic Church & several Protestant Churches just up the street.
Enjoy four, well manicured (free) clay tennis courts on property at this prestigious private Beach and Tennis Club. Cook out on the free gas grills near the floor shuffleboards. From your balcony, view dolphins playing and jumping in the surf. There are also many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons. NOTE: Please notice the difference between the views of our Penthouse unit and lower floor units also advertised in VRBO. While lounging on the balcony, you will not look out directly onto the unsightly WEEDS of the Sandbar. Our guests comment on this all the time. This is an important point to make.
Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the pure white sugar powder sand of this most beautiful beach. Stop in one of the many varied beachfront restaurants all along the boulevard. Enjoy dining or cocktails on their gulfside decks overlooking the beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!
Our rates are generally lower than most all others at this tropical paradise. Repeat guests are guaranteed the same rates for at least two years!! Also, any rental referrals you provide us will earn you rent credits for your own future rentals.
Whether you desire a romantic get-away, a small family beach vacation, or are a retired couple looking for peace and serenity, you will find that you will fall in love with this little bit of heaven and want to return year after year.
There is something for everyone. Hunt shells on the beach, play golf or tennis, swim in the Gulf of Mexico, or just "veg out" at the huge heated pool. One of our favorite things to do is to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the covered balcony just taking in the gorgeous beach sights and sunsets. You can also rent beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 person hood shade lounges w/cushions right on the beach behind the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is just a short 4-5 minute walk up the beach behind the condo. Their Pinchers Grill is a great outdoor Tiki Bar which serves beer, mixed drinks and food. They often offer live entertainmment. There are also a number of good restaurants and bars right across the street in Santini Plaza as well.
There is no better way to get away from all the stresses life presents! Treat yourself... you deserve it!
NOTE: Wi Fi can be accessed in the lobby area on the floor level of the condo building. There are chairs and tables to sit at for your convenience. Wireless is broadcast from the complex office located next to our building.

We have owned our Penthouse level condo for many years and many of our renters are repeat guests. We do our best to satisy our guests. Our caretaker/cleaner lives nearby and Angela is happy to assist if there is any problem whatsoever. We aim to please. Understand that our prices include exit cleaning and start up toiletry supplies.

This is one of only 2 condos in Building "A" where you can see OVER the other 2 buildings of our condo complex....all the way to Naples....AND see the Gulf of Mexico at the very same time from our balcony. The views are simply fabulous !

We enjoyed our stay on the South end of Ft Myers beach. The condo is small,but very clean,very nicely furnished with a great king size bed. Views of the gulf are absolutely spectacular! A very easy walk to the beach (right out the door) and shopping. Rent bikes at Dolphin Inn just up the road or walk to the show when the sun goes down.Quiet and relaxing.If you want more action jump on the trolley and head to the North end. The owner was easy to work with and very accomodating.

Everything that was in the description was right on! My husband & I stayed here and found everything to be quite accurate with what was put on the website. The balcony views were just breathtaking, and we cooked & enjoyed some meals right out there, you hated to leave. There are shops & restaurants right across the street that you can easily get to, and we also enjoyed the fact that there was security there 24/7, plus you needing a code to access anything, made you feel alittle more secure that just anybody can't get in anywhere around the condo complex. We will hopefully be renting here again, it was perfect for us, and Bob was very accomodating, and answered anything you had questions on, very helpful!

My husband and I stayed at this Condo in April 2010. The condo was very clean (even the fridge/microwave, bathroom was spotless) and everything was in its place. The remodel job was first class and the views were splendid and just as advertised. The unit had plenty of linens/towels, a nice comfortable king size bed and even beach chairs to take to beach! The view was to die for, we could see the ocean and the view of Estero Blvd. which was really georgeous at night! We sat out on the balcony everynight and had drinks and enjoyed! The unit is close to many shops/bars and restaurants, even walking distance. It is right across the street from Fish Tales Marina which we took a lovely ocean boat cruise one evening to watch the sunset. The condo is a stones throw from the ocean so every night we could walk out and watch the sunset from the front yard. It is also walking distance to a Tiki Bar. We booked this unit again for March 2011. We can't wait to return. The unit for the price we paid was a great deal and we were very satisfied and looking so forward to returning again this year. Thanks Bob the owner for answering all our questions on where to go visit and eat and for helping us book again!

I was checking the calendar for availability on VRBO 9949 when I saw the negative review on this unit. I can't imagine anyone this dissatisfied after staying in the unit, unless possibly having it confused with a different unit, so I felt it important to take the time to share our experience. We have stayed in this penthouse twice and look forward to our next visit. While no rental is perfect, this condo is everything and more than advertised. It is on the 13th floor, giving it a view unobstructed by the surrounding buildings. The view is breathtaking. From the balcony you can see the pool, the gulf and both Sanibel Island and Naples. It is nicely furnished and the description of the unit is accurate. The owner is very amicable and really went out of his way to accomodate our needs. We have stayed in all three buildings on different floors and believe me, the penthouse unit in all buildings is the only way to capture the beauty of this property. Check the rental history and you will find limited vacancy for these units. You can spend more money for nicer places, but for the dollars spent, this is the best value on the beach!

The owner of this Penthouse Condo was very accommodating in all aspects of renting his place to us. We communicated with him several times and he was very personable and wanted to insure that we enjoyed our vacation which we did! We found the place very clean with the necessary amenities to make our week enjoyable. The view was spectacular from the highest floor of building 7300. The gulf is real close to the Condo with beautiful sand but a large outdoor swimming pool is an option for renters. I would rent this place again since my wife and I really enjoyed the view and the location of the Condo on Estero Blvd. which has many good restaurants, shopping malls, and other attractions. You are a short drive to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, other cities and close to two airports. There is ample parking and the two elevators are very efficient and fast. Securtiy is present 24/7 and they are friendy. Grocery shopping is close by which also makes it convenient for newcomers to the area. I found the owners and renters we met very friendly and helpful if we needed any information regarding the surrounding area.

This was probably our worst experience with VRBO. The place was not clean, there was no closet space, the furniture was oversized and had sand under the cushions. I wouldn't even use the burned, filthy hot pads in the kitchen. Loads of mis-matched glasses, but not 2 that matched for AM juices. About 16" of counter space TOTAL. Balcony furniture was the cheap plastic stuff. Balcony table beginning to peel. Bags of sheets, pillows, etc. took up the whole bedroom closet. This was a disaster for us. Certainly not the way we live or want to live on vacation. Friends were in a 6th floor similar unit which was so lovely...clean, bright, well appointed, table and chairs, lovely outdoor furniture, etc. and the same price as ours.We had a built in counter and couldn't even get to the cabinet space above it. I would NEVER recommend this unit. Trust me . Don't be fooled, like we were, by the description in VRBO. It sounded so perfect. Yes, the place had a great view, but the furnishing, cleanliness and how the placed was equipped was disasterous. We asked for a contract, but the owner didn't use them. However, he did offer to draw up some sort of agreement which we refused.
Owner response:Seven months after this guest stayed at our place, we receive this review. There are some people who will complain about something. Their expectations of a rental condo are the same as staying at the Ritz Carlton and they just don't seem to be happy people no matter how hard people try to make their guests happy. Mismatched glasses....just think about this comment for a minute. People break things and when replaced by caretakers, they don't always match. If we didn't replace them, she would complain about the shortage of glasses. We spent $25,000+ remodeling our condo a few summers ago. All new Bedroom furniture and wood flooring, 37" Flatscreen TV, NEW kitchen cabinets and appliances and yes, we added an extra cabinet above the breakfast bar for more food storage....which she complained about. IF we did not provide backup linens, towels and pillows, she would have complained about that. I explained to this lady that ALL of EBT's condos are small in size. Our repeat renters are 65% of our business and we have many positive letters from people over the years telling us that our place is one of the best Fort Myers Beach condos they have stayed at. We will add 6-7 e-referal letters to our VRBO ad under Owner Reviews next week when we get back home from vacation. You will see how reasonable people comment about their experiences with our condo. Please read them when they are posted. Then compare them to the diatribe this lady displayed. We are sorry the lady who wrote the review was so negative, but I am sure most people understand that there are some people who will complain about anything and everything no matter what people do to try making their guests happy.
