SPECIAL NOTE 2: We remodeled our condo extensively. We replaced all kitchen cabinets, installed a deep double bowl black granite sink, tile backsplash and also installed a new stove and refrigerator, We also replaced our old entertainment cabinet with a new modern tapes and book storage cabinet and installed a new wall mount 37' Toshiba flatscreen TV. Further, we replaced our King bedroom furniture with a NEW White Cottage set and also installed new 'Mississippi Pine' wood laminate flooring in the bedroom. NO dirt catching carpeting remains in our condo. Additionally, our NEW Heavy Duty Hurricane rated Turtle Tint windows and 9' slider door not only provides more safety, but more comfort for our condo as well. The AC now cools faster and better.
You expect to see GREAT VIEWS from a Penthouse level beachside condo and you will get them Big Time from our place. We have a number of e-referrals we can share attesting to the Fabulous Views you will experience 'On Top'. Beware: there are many condos in our complex which have very poor and low unappealing parking lot views. You're going on Vacation, right? You deserve to be able to say WOW !!!!!!!!! when you lease a beachside vacation condo. You will LOVE our Fort Myers Beach Penthouse condo views !!
This Penthouse-level (14th floor) condo is situated on the Gulf of Mexico with fabulous views of Estero Bay, Naples, and Sanibel Island from the covered balcony. This one bedroom condo features a very comfortable king-size bed as well as a new queen sleeper sofa & rocker/recliner in the living room with a heavy sliding door for privacy. NOTE: Beautiful porcelain tile installed in the 'Diamond' pattern on all floors except the bedroom. It is gorgeous!! Only a handful of units offer this very upscale feature.
The Kitchen is fully-equipped including new arm kitchen chairs on wheels. Towels/linens are provided (see amenities below). Just bring your own beach towels! There is a huge heated pool with luxurious sun deck. There is a large grassy area for additional crowd-free sunning or sports activities.
Restaurants, drug store, marina and 18 hole golf course are just across the street. The beach trolley is only 25 cents and will take you from one end of the beach to the other and to Fort Myers for additional shopping or dining. There are two Supermarkets on the island. There is a Catholic Church & several Protestant Churches just up the street.
Enjoy four, well manicured (free) clay tennis courts on property at this prestigious private Beach and Tennis Club. Cook out on the free gas grills near the floor shuffleboards. From your balcony, view dolphins playing and jumping in the surf. There are also many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons. NOTE: Please notice the difference between the views of our Penthouse unit and lower floor units also advertised in VRBO. While lounging on the balcony, you will not look out directly onto the unsightly WEEDS of the Sandbar. Our guests comment on this all the time. This is an important point to make.
Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the pure white sugar powder sand of this most beautiful beach. Stop in one of the many varied beachfront restaurants all along the boulevard. Enjoy dining or cocktails on their gulfside decks overlooking the beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe!
Our rates are generally lower than most all others at this tropical paradise. Repeat guests are guaranteed the same rates for at least two years!! Also, any rental referrals you provide us will earn you rent credits for your own future rentals.
Whether you desire a romantic get-away, a small family beach vacation, or are a retired couple looking for peace and serenity, you will find that you will fall in love with this little bit of heaven and want to return year after year.
There is something for everyone. Hunt shells on the beach, play golf or tennis, swim in the Gulf of Mexico, or just 'veg out' at the huge heated pool. One of our favorite things to do is to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the covered balcony just taking in the gorgeous beach sights and sunsets. You can also rent beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 person hood shade lounges w/cushions right on the beach behind the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is just a short 4-5 minute walk up the beach behind the condo. Their Pinchers Grill is a great outdoor Tiki Bar which serves beer, mixed drinks and food. They often offer live entertainmment. There are also a number of good restaurants and bars right across the street in Santini Plaza as well.
There is no better way to get away from all the stresses life presents! Treat yourself... you deserve it!
NOTE: Wi Fi can be accessed in the lobby area on the floor level of the condo building. There are chairs and tables to sit at for your convenience. Wireless is broadcast from the complex office located next to our building.

* Pets are NOT allowed, NO Smoking.
* NOTE: MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS ONE WEEK per condo association
* Bathroom is in the bedroom area. You must walk past the bed to
enter the bathroom. This set up works well for Adults & 1-2
kids but is not ideal for 4 adults. King bed is in the BR.

We spent the week of March 23rd - March 30th 2013 in this Condo. We have been going to Ft.Myers Beach for that past 6 years and stayed @ Estero Beach and Tennis Club each year. This is the nicest condo we've stayed in to date. It was very clean upon our arrival. It had everything we needed. The view from the PH balcony was unbelievable! A breathtaking view of the gulf plus a panoramic view of Ft Myers beach where you can see for miles. Everything about the condo was fantastic. A great flat screen tv, high speed internet and all the amenities to make us feel at home. This condo has been remodeled and the owner's spared no expense to make this place immaculate! The communication and process to book the condo to your arrival is wonderful. The owner's send a great letter detailing what you can expect when you arrive. Also, the owner's make it very simple once you are there with helpful "notes" posted explaining how things work and make it very easy while you are there. If you're looking for a great place to stay while in Ft Myers beach, this is the condo for you.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is the second time that we have stayed 2 weeks in this unit and we have booked it again for a 2 week stay in 2014. The unit is clean and confortable! The view from the balcony is unbelievable. The addition of Wi-Fi in the room was a great addition this year. The EBT is a great place to stay, with a heated pool and all that beach. Everything is so convienent. The pictures and discription in this posting are very accurate.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Thanks again to Bob for renting to us over the Thanksgiving week. We really enjoy his condo. This was our 2nd time staying within the last year, and we are returning again the end of December for our 3rd stay. The place is just right for a couple. You have everything you need for a stay, whether you cook in or not, and if you want to go out there are plenty of places to go to right across the street! Very convenient to everything you may need. We spent alot of time on the beach, and around the pool, nice and clean, as is the condo. Each time we have stayed, we have had no complaints, and Bob makes sure everything is well! Thanks again Bob for letting us use your "little bit of paradise!" We were very satisfied. The condo was clean, secure, and the view was fantastic. We even had a golden eagle flying nearby! We would definitely stay again. The beach is right there with loads of eating establishments to go along with the famous sunsets.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The minute I walked into the condo I felt so at home and comfortable as if it were my place!! The pictures reflect the appearance exactly. Upon easily finding the property we were impressed by the beautifully kept grounds and common areas....the amenities are plentiful with so many activities, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The owner was wonderful in accommodating us. This property is quiet and unbelievably peaceful whether you are enjoying the balcony or the beach. What a perfect place to experience the Gulf. I would not think of staying anywhere else. I highly recommend this property if you are seeking tranquility, not to mention the friendly residents. My girlfriend and I stayed here last week. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Island/Bay views as well. The place is decorated very well and gives a "homey" feeling. It was her first time in Ft Myers Beach and Estero Beach & Tennis Club. She found it amazing as did I and I have been staying at different condos in Estero Beach and Tennis for the past 26 years and can tell you this condo is one of the best if not the best. My wife and I enjoyed and appreciated the PH that we had rented last November so we came back for our second time! We are inspired by the view from the balcony of the Gulf and all other surrounding areas .It's a very relaxing location with all the amenities that make for an enjoyable vacation. The pool area is a great place for swimming and relaxation. Businesses such a restaurants and grocery stores are close by. This trip we attended the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre and saw a outstanding musical ,"The Great American Trailer Park." There is much to do and enjoy in this area and this temps one to come back and enjoy the many possibilities provided in the immediate area. We plan on making our third trip back in the near future. We can't wait to make our visit!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: We have owned our Penthouse level condo for many years and many of our renters are repeat guests. We do our best to satisy our guests. Our caretaker/cleaner lives nearby and Angela is happy to assist if there is any problem whatsoever. We aim to please. Understand that our prices include exit cleaning and start up toiletry supplies.
