This 2 bedroom, one bath, second floor condo offers everything you would expect from this Paradise State and it sleeps six! Recently renovated, and decorated Home and Garden TV style (HGTV), it is ready to move into or rent!
Wake up each morning and enjoy a spectacular view from your unit, while having your first cup of coffee. Then walk on the beach, pick up shells, swim in the surf, fish, or dip in the pristine community pool. For the more active sports-minded, there is windsurfing, boating, and surfing. Watch all the space shots from the balcony.
This condo is only 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise port with it's mega-ships, and several gambling ships. Disney is one hour away, as is Sebastian State Park. Melbourne International Airport is 20 minutes away and Orlando International Airport is 50 minutes away. Golf and sport fishing opportunities abound!

Very beautiful! Looks just photos shown. Immaculate. If I ever go back to this area will stay here again. Carol was great to work with. I highly reccomend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful condo to stay at in this very relaxing area. A short drive to main attractions. Thanks Carol for providing us a wonderful place to stay at.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

STAYED 5 NIGHTS BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2010. EVERYTHING WAS IN PLACE, NO SURPRISES. VERY NICE , NEAT ,CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WE HAD A NICE STAY AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN. THE OWNER WAS PLEASANT AND REPUTABLE. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING, CAROL.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo was clean and very convenient. Great location! The guest bedroom was perfect for my 3 daughters. The renter was a pleasure to deal with. If we ever come back to the Space Coast, I'll look here first!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Sep-Nov $700/week(TOTAL costs including txs & cleaning=$122 night for 2-6 people!)
