The resort is located across the street from a major shopping plaza that includes a bowling alley.Many fine dining choices are near-by. The resort is also on a bus line, so you may not need a car during your stay. The resort has two heated outdoor swimming pools, a children's pool with waterfall, an indoor pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, an exercise room, a tiki bar, and putt-putt golf the children will enjoy. Why the Owner Chose Daytona Beach Resort
The amenities are so nice.Lovely heated indoor pool for the cool winter days-2 hot tubs-sauna and 2 outdoor pools 1 heated-there is a fire pit.Location is fantastic-Ni need to rent a car if you fly into Daytona.Daytona International is a very nice -easy to use airport-consider it.

We had a great time at this apartment. The location was perfect. The pools were beautiful, and the access to the beach was right off of the pool deck. Everything was convenient. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. The poolside was quiet, and transformed into a great place to be for Labor Day Thank you!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We fist stayed at the Daytona Beach Resort a few years ago, we liked it right away, we thought it was a high end resort and that we were treating ourselves with something special. Then we met Lynn and Jerry, and found out that we could stay in a unit that they rent for half of the price of the resort. What a find!!! All of the amenities of a high end resort for half the price! The resort has a heated pool and a non-heated pool, and it's right on the beach just far enough away from the action of the Daytona Beach pier area for some quietness, but close enough to get there in only a couple of minutes. We've stayed in Lynn and Jerry's place a number of times now, they have always been very good to us, and very responsive to our questions. Everything is there that you need from refrigerator and microwave, to internet connection at pool side. We highly recommend taking advantage of staying there. But don't tell everyone about it, we want it to be available when we need it too
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

DO NOT HESITATE to rent from Lynn and Jerry. This was the BEST vacation my Wife and I have been on in a long time. It was a new experience to rent a condo in a hotel. The price was GREAT and the room was AWESOME. It had everything that you need, it was like our home away from home. We cannot wait to rent again! Thanks Lynn and Jerry for an AWESOME 2 weeks. What a great place! We would stay again. The price and location was great. Very clean. The only thing that I would like to see is a washer and dryer on each floor. GREAT PLACE Thanks!!!
