This lovely new and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Village of South Walton next to Rosemary Beach is located on the east end of Scenic 30-A on Florida's Emerald Coast, an area known the world over for its white sand beaches and picture perfect water. With over 1400 sq. ft. of space, this unit comfortably accomodates 8 guests.

The living room and bedrooms feature wall to wall carpeting. Marble floors accent the hall, bathrooms and granite countered kitchen. Each bedroom has its own TV with VCR / DVD player, while the living room features a 48" BIG screen TV with VCR / DVD player. Internet access will also be available very soon. Washer and dryer, dish washer, ice maker and most small appliances are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Totally Beachin is in building H, and your balcony overlooks the smaller heated pool, so nice for a quick dip, or you may choose to stroll the cobblestone streets for a few minutes to swim and relax at the 13,000 sq. ft. pool complex with fountains,childrens area and lap lanes. A shuddle ride or a few minutes walk takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see where lounge chairs and umbrellas can be reserved for a nominal fee.

This is a place for everyone. It can be the perfect escape or it offers a host of other activities. If it's shopping you enjoy, you'll find all types. Antiques and art galleries, speciality shops, designer factory outlet and open air markets.

The area offers many dining options; casual beach front to award winning fine dining with to trained chefs.

  • Your condo was wonderful! I really like the location too! We watched out door movies at the complex and Rosemary Beach.They also had 2 art festival type things that I couldn't wait to get to. I loved everything about the trip! Usually after 2 weeks I'm ready to come home, but this time I was ready to stay longer! I loved how the condo was decorated, and it just so happens the master bath picture by Jack Vitriano is one of my daughter's favorite! We rented bikes and I took sooooooo many pictures! I will highly recommend your place to everyone! The weather was great and wasn't as hot as Florida usually is! The water was absolutely beautiful! We even saw shooting stars.Thank you for everything!   • Just returned from a beautiful week at this condo & we feel that we have to pass along our comments since the reviews are still quite rare for this property. The condo itself is wonderful! Furnished & decorated so beautifully !! The layout is perfect for couples or families with children & everyone has plenty of room. The location is perfect. An easy walk to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest pool. The smaller pool is right at your door. So convenient ! We can't wait to return !
