Very modern and spacious with lots of sunlight. A total of 1500 square feet. Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, parks and downtown denver. Voted "Hotest Neighborhood in Denver". One indoor parking spot included.

Master Bedroom w/Queen size Bed and Master Bath w/Jacuzzi Tub. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. Beautiful hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and 13-foot ceilings.

Two Balconies with commanding views of Coors Field, downtown skyline, and snow-capped mountains. One hour to major ski resorts, hiking trails, and majestic scenery. 1/2 hour drive to Boulder. 1/2 hour drive to Denver Int'l Airport.

    • We had a long term stay in this loft for our job. This is the best unit in the building, with the best views. Yes, on a clear day, you can see Pike's Peak! The owner has extensive knowledge of Denver and surrounding areas, restaurant recommendations, activities, shops, and even everyday merchants such as dry cleaners and car washes. The location is very convenient to downtown. My husband walked to Union Station to the free 16th Street Mall Ride to his downtown office. Other points of interest within walking distance are: two parks with basketball court and playground equipment, both family-friendly and higher end restaurants, hair and nail salon, and deli/coffee shops. There is also a Vitamin Cottage grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped. A lot of rental owners stock their kitchen with just enough cheap equipment to make spaghetti for four. Not here...We have had several parties while we were there and I did not need anything extra. If/when we come back to Denver, this is my top pick.

    • I recently spent four wonderful, relaxing, pleasant, nights in this lovely loft. All the positives claimed by the owner are totally true. Pike's Peak is especially special--which you can see from both balconies. The loft is spotless, totally equipped, and very aesthetic. I loved every minute of my stay and look forward to future visits. Also, the proprietess is accommodating, pleasant--a pretty special lady. Trust me, you can't go wrong.

    • It was a wonderful loft with a great view! Even better than the pictures!! It was so close to downtown that it made our travel easy. Thank you so much for making our trip to Denver a pleasure! We hope to come back and stay in this unit.
