A deposit of $500 is required to hold their reservation. Payment for the rental is due in full 7 days prior to their arrival date. Deposit is forfeited if rental is not paid. Otherwise, the deposit becomes their security deposit which will be refunded to them within 14 days from their departure date, less any damages, excessive cleaning costs, overseas phone charges,losses from theft, vandalism etc. The normal cleaning charge of $100 will come out of that deposit.
Occupants names and addresses are required so that security may be advised accordingly.
