Our townhouse has been freshly painted and lovingly decorated, with unique and one of a kind items. It is located on a canal overlooking mangroves and a boat dock for renters use. It doesn't get any better! Wake up to birds fishing in the canal, and the tranquil peacefulness of waterfront living. Drink your coffee on the screened in lanai (see pictures for your view) only a few feet away from the boat dock with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Some of the best fishing in the country is located in the waters surrounding Blue Crab Key. You are encouraged to go to the Blue Crab Key website to view the complex and its beautiful grounds.
Ride one of the four bikes on the bike trail around Pine Island. Swim in the two crystal clear pools in Blue Crab Key. One pool is just across the road from our townhouse, just a hop,skip, and a jump! Kayak in one of two kayaks available for renters use. (renters assume all responsiblity) The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home. The living area has just been furnished with new furniture, and the dining area has new table and chairs. This is truly the "table with a view!" 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home, each with its' own full bath. Each bedroom has been lovingly updated and decorated. See pictures!
This is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere on impeccably cared for grounds. Landscaping in this complex is absolutely beautiful. Walk, kayak, canoe, boat, fish, swim, eat, and explore the historical attractions on the island, it is all waiting for you on Pine Island. Pine Island is a very special place, away from the traffic and lights of mainland Florida. There are great restaurants and establishments on the island to discover.
Matlacha is an eclectic fishing village, full of characters and unique shopping. Cayo Costa is a boat ride away and listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Boat rentals on Pine Island are plentiful, if you don't have your own. What else could one want when looking for an island getaway!
