This is a very well built and appointed townhouse with a beautiful view of the Santa Rita mountains. The first impression as you enter is of the beautiful Saltillo tile, high ceilings, and the bright, skylighted living area. A gas log fireplace provides a cheery, warm fire to compliment the evening alpenglow mountain view. All of the rooms have tastefully done wall hangings and furniture.The kitchen and dining areas are well supplied with appliances, utensils, and candles to make your dining preparation and experiences enjoyable. The master bathroom has double, counter-height sinks, and the jacuzzi tub next to large windows provides a wonderful view of the Santa Rita mountains. The bedroom is large with a fine eastern view of sunrises, and a huge walk-in closet provides plenty of clothing storage. The den/office room's desk and sofa is conveniently located off the living room, and well equipped with TV, phone, and computer connections. The second bedroom has a comfortable number adjustable bed as well as a day bed. The East facing, bricked patio offers a stunning, panoramic view of the mountains and easy access from both the living room and master bedroom. Comfortable patio chairs, table, and a gas grill provide fine outdoor grilling and dining experiences. A large two-car garage provides plenty of parking and storage space. An orange tree outside of the front door entrance promises lots of sweet oranges in February. The owners have given this townhouse lots of love and care, and it shows throughout, even to the appliance insurance plan that will repair any mechanical problem that may pop up. They are very helpful with any questions that you may have. The townhouse is located in the Northern section of Green Valley, minutes away from shopping, services, urgent care medical facilities, and only 20 minutes from Tucson via I-19. We highly recommend this rental, it has everything that you may need for an enjoyable winter experience in Southern Arizona.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We have been coming to Green Valley since the 80s to visit our father. Knowing the Tucson/Green Valley so well we feel that there is no better area to buy a retirement home.
The main reason we decided on Green Valley is the advantages of GVR (Green Valley Recreation).
