Our unit sleeps six - king bed in master bedroom, two twin bunks in hallway (perfect for children & grandchildren), and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This is a perfect condominium for a couple, family, or small group of friends to visit the most beautiful beaches. Come down to our place, relax, and have fun. This unit is located on the twelfth floor at the center of the building with a balcony overlooking BOTH pools - perfect for keeping an eye on the pool. . . and an outstanding view of the beach & beautiful waters of the gulf!
The amenities include 24 hour on-site security, a beach store, pool side tiki bar, two outside hot tubs, restaurant for afternoon snacks or a pool side dinner, charcoal grills, plus an on-site gym & sauna.
This is a Gulf Front unit, which means the beach and ocean are just a few steps away!
Hurricane Policy:
In the event of a hurricane threat (valid June 1-November 30) to our area and a mandatory evacuation is issued by state or local authorities - all or part (difference between time used & time remaining of booking minus cleaning fee if unit is used) is refunded. We will work with you, your safety is our first priority. We can guarantee a nice, fun, and enjoyable stay, but we can not guarantee sunshine & beautiful weather!
Cancellation Policy:
12+ Week Notice: Entire deposit refunded
10-11 Week Notice: 75% refunded, 25% kept
8-9 Week Notice: 50% refunded, 50% kept
5-7 Week Notice: 25% refunded, 75% kept
Less Than 4 Week Notice: 100% deposit kept, no refund
All cancellations will have a $50 transaction fee in addition to amount of refund not refunded.
Spring Break Deposit: $500 for March 3 through April 28, 2008
