Privacy! . An unforgettably unique custom-built four bedroom home with hardwood parquet floors. First and second story decks overlook 20 acres/1000 feet on the Carrabassett River.
A second floor balcony with its hand-turned balusters is located above a modern kitchen and dining area overlooking the great room with its glassed-in fieldstone fireplace and piano. A large recreation room in daylight basement includes wide-screen TV, pool table and game tables.
There are two full futons on the upstairs balcony and a double futon and pull-out queen sofa in the recreation room.
The house can sleep 12+. Linens are provided. Six to eight person hot tub is outside overlooking the woods and river. There is full bath adjoining the master bedroom, a three quarter bath adjoining the great room, and a full bath for the other three bedrooms.

Why the Owner Chose Kingfield
I have always enjoyed the 4 seasons and this area of Maine .... fly fishing, hunting, photographing, snowshoeing. The Carrabasset River is one of Maine's most pristine waters.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Peace and quiet! ... down by the river there are no jet skis or ski boats whizzing by ... just the sound of the river, bird songs, & and the wind in the trees. At night stargazing while in the hot tub you can hear the deer walk by in the woods. The deer as well as the turkeys walk up to the house. Bird watching from bald eagles to hummingbirds. Swimming in the river, finding the most amazing rocks ..... and brook trout. Even if the weather is bad there are many entertainment areas in the house ..... the rec room with wide screen TV, game table, pool table, & gas fireplace, the great room with the wood fireplace, TV & piano, The entry with computer with internet & the balcony with another TV.
