what a wonderful vacation! your house is beautiful, very inviting, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need on vacation. Booking was so simple, directions and codes were easy and convenient.loved the backpack beach chairs. everything was so convenient, beach, pool, Destin! First time in Destin and we were so amazed with the white sand and emerald ocean, now I know why its called the Emerald Shores.Everything was so wonderful,we really enjoyed staying in your lovely home. thank you so much for sharing!

We visited April 2009,this was our third year renting from the Godars, they made everything easy from booking to directions, etc. The house was very nice and we had plenty of room. The pools were also nice and very clean! We had a great time.

We absolutely loved the stay at Tobago Sun. Our group consisted of 3 couples and 2 infants and everybody felt very comfortable in the house. While not right on the beach, the house was within an easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach (which was a little concern we had before we rented the place.) We had tons of beach toys at our disposal and getting them to the beach was very comfortable. The location of Emerald Shores community was very central and close to shopping and anything else one would need. We really enjoyed our stay there and I would definitely recommend this home to my friends. Thank you!

This was our third year in Destin and we absolutely love it. The condo is always clean and has every ammentity possible. We could not get much closer to the beach in such a nice community. We will definately be vacationing here every year!

9/15/2007 We just returned home from a wonderful week spent at your home. Your home is beautiful and very comfortable. Joe, We were blessed with a wonderful week to vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful home. THANK YOU!! The weather was perfect, your home was perfect for our needs, the location was perfect, the heated pool was refreshing and the beaches as beautiful as we remembered. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We went fishing for 4 hrs and caught 6 nice size fish unfortunately 3 had to go back in because Snapper season doesn’t start until 4/15. The other three Groupers were beauties and will make a tasty meal this weekend! Besides the fun we had fishing, we saw a ton of dolphins – they came very close to the boat, it was AWESOME and huge sea turtles on our way back to shore. It was a wonderful 1/2 day on the gulf!Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Lynn L. and family.

Hey Mr. Godar, I really enjoyed your wonderful home last week, it was really hard to come home. Everything was great and so very comfortable. It was windy and cool most of the time which was fine, so I missed out on the tan but got lots of relaxation and cooking in, as well as a fishing charter on my birthday. As I had hoped, I only had one couple join me and we enjoyed barbequing and they were glad to find the blender for margaritas. Thanks for everything, you truly have a great home and I will certainly plan on coming back and referring your properties to my friends. My father sold his Santa Rosa Beach rental property about 2 years ago so I haven’t been to the beach since then!! Joe, We had a wonderful time at your Tobago Sun. The weather was great except for one day and the house was ideal for our family. As former Florida residents who now live in the West it gave my wife and I an opportunity to consume grouper, fresh shrimp and mussels to our hearts' content.

Hi Joe We had a great time in Destin...we actually attended my neice's beach wedding in front of the pavilion..it was beautiful!! We enjoyed staying in your home...it is a lovely home and if I might add ...very well equipped!! The wagon was a god send when taking things down to the beach!! We definetly will keep it in mind when we next visit Destin...we know a few are going down in March, so we will pass your house info (that is if we don't end up going ourselves!) While on the internet, we found Tobago Sun as we were looking for a winter retreat. It is a quite comfortable home and has all of the amenities that you will need. It is located in a darling community of homes. We throughly enjoyed our 5 weeks spent here!!

We had a great time! The subdivision is located so close to shopping & golf courses. We cooked most of our own meals. The fresh seafood markets are wonderful! The layout of the house was very comfortable.
