This is supposed to be the very best apartment available for short term rental in Paris. It is an exceptional, totally renovated, luxurious three-bedroom, two-level, corner apartment in a historical building, with amazing views of the Arc of Triomphe and Montmartre. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony, just above the trees of Avenue Victor Hugo, with the rising sun illuminating the church of the Sacre Coeur.
Located a few yards from the Etoile and the Champs-Elysées, the best of Parisian shopping, dining and entertainment are just within a walking distance.
This apartment is uniquely situated on the top fifth and sixth floors of a 1850 building, with large French-windows, a balcony all around, with amazing views. An exceptional feature most remembered by visitors is the corner window above the chimney, with a direct view on the Arc de Triomphe and Montmartre. Another one is the very large master bedroom with it's own living space and a private bathroom with a large circular bathtub under a roof window. The furniture has been selected from French and Italian Designers by a Parisian interior decorator.
The apartment has hardwood floors, double glazi, a security door, and is fully equipped with modern appliances. It is located a few yards from the Etoile and the Champs Elysees, at the corner of Avenue Victor Hugo and rue de Traktir, Paris. The Metro station at Etoile is served by four lines, which can take you to all parts of the city.
The living room is the central piece, with high ceilings, occupying the two levels and situated at the corner of the building. The fifth floor is composed of an entrance, the living room, the dining room, a bedroom with it's own bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilets, the kitchen, and separate toilets. The living room, dining room and bedroom all have access to the balcony through large French-windows.
The sixth floor is just under the roof and is composed of an office space on a mezzanine, the master bedroom with it's own bathroom with a circular bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and it's own shower room, and separate toilets. All windows on the sixth floor are roof windows with electrically operated shutters.
