This 2300 square foot home is located off Vazquez Road on Van Anderson, across the street from National Forest. Less than one mile from downtown Winter Park. Located 3/4 mile from the railroad tracks, which means you WILL NOT be bothered by the train. Many rentals in Winter Park are close to those tracks, beware. House is located less than 3.5 miles from the ski area. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the Master has a King bed. Downstairs has it's own full bath, TV/VCR/DVD and living area, along with a bunk room featuring 3 Bunk beds. 6 man hot tub located outside with view of ski area. Home has 2 gas fireplaces, wireless, high speed internet.
Shuttle bus to down town Winter Park runs till 11 PM.

This was the 12th year in a row we rented this place. Just another Great time. The major upgrades to the house were beautiful. Knotty alder doors, trim and woodwork, slate floors. Again, the hot tub at the end of the day was the best. I forgot how wonderful a hot tub is when it is 0 degrees and snowing. RELAXING. Also the two foxes that visited each night and gave us a great show were a real treat. We will be contacting you soon to get next year booked.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

FABULOUS! The quiet snow covered street, the regular shuttles stopping at the end of the driveway taking us to the mountain, the care the city takes in clearing the roads from the 5-6 inches of soft powdery snow that fell every day, our snowmobiling adventure to 12000 feet... I can't describe all of the memorable moments we had over the 4 days with friends and family (we had 4 adults and 3 young adults ages 18-22). Having the space for all of us to spread out when we needed and still share communal meals in the large dining room was perfect. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be sure your vacation home is available when we plan our next visit to Winter Park. Chris, Paul, Katie, Pete, Carla, PJ and Drew!

What a wonderful place to stay !! The house was just perfect. Large, well stocked kitchen, lots of beds for people to sleep, and the hot tub was great. The little welcome basket of goodies was much appreciated. We plan to stay here next time we come skiing.
