This 2300 square foot home is located off Vazquez Road on Van Anderson. Less than one mile from downtown and on the bus line. House is located less than 3.5 miles from the ski area. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the Master has a King bed. Downstairs has it's own full bath, TV/VCR/DVD and living area, along with a bunk room featuring 3 Bunk beds. Brand new 6 man hot tub, just off the deck downstairs, was put in this summer of 2006. House has wireless, high speed internet.

Shuttle bus to down town Winter Park runs till 11 PM.

  • What a wonderful place to stay !! The house was just perfect. Large, well stocked kitchen, lots of beds for people to sleep, and the hot tub was great. The little welcome basket of goodies was much appreciated. We plan to stay here next time we come skiing.
