Sweet expanded cottage on Pressey Cove, with views to nearby islands, Penobscot Bay and over to Camden Hills. Westerly views - beautiful sunsets! The cottage offers a nice mix of old rustic charm as well as more updated finishings (the best of both worlds!). There is a relaxing family room, opening to the fully equipped kitchen. In the older section of the house is an open living room and den, with valted ceiling, wood burning woodstove, and circular stairway leading to office and 2 bedrooms. Overall there are four total bedrooms, two up and two down (downstairs: queen and a double, upstairs: double and two twins) - also two full baths downstairs. Enjoy ample opportunity for outdoor living via the large two-level deck, screened in porch with table & lounge seating, landscaped yard....all overlooking the tidal waters as they ebb and flow. The cottage is located on a small point, with waters surrounding the property on nearly three sides. Exceptionally beautiful spot!
