This large two story condo was renovated in 2003 and is located at Kuilima Estates West, a gated community of condos adjacent to the Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Oahu with assigned tenant parking and lots of guest parking. The North Shore is known for its beautiful, pristine beaches and relaxing atmosphere, world-class surfing (Sunset Beach, Pipeline & Waimaea) away from the crowds of Waikiki and Honolulu.
Enjoy golf, tennis & pool which is located just steps away. Plus a 5 minute walk to the Turtle Bay Resort, the only resort on the North Shore, with immaculately maintained grounds, two championship golf courses, a variety of fine dining restaurants, a nightclub/bar (which includes pool tables, darts, live or recorded music depending on night) and separate outside pool bar. In addition, to the right of the hotel is a sandy beach that forms a bay sometimes with turtles (hence the name "Turtle Bay") and is perfect for families. Both sides of the hotel feature surf breaks and a wide variety of beaches to enjoy snorkeling, boogie boarding, fishing, shell searching, crabbing, swimming, diving, exploring and other beach activities. You are steps away from a calm swimming and snorkeling beach or waves for surfing. You are a short drive from world famous Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline and Waimea Bay. See live turtles right on the beach or eat famous shave ice. Historic Haleiwa town is a scenic 20 minute drive (darling shops and restaurants), and you're only 90 minutes from Honolulu. Laie and the Polynesian Cultural Center is a short 15 minute drive - the luau and show is a must see!
The condo is located on the beautiful George Fazio Golf Course. The first floor contains the great room with vaulted ceilings and views of the golf course, full kitchen, full bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed. The second floor contains a second bedroom with a king bed, a second bathroom and a loft bedroom with two twin beds. The great room and dedicated bedrooms are air conditioned and ceiling fans can be found throughout the unit.
The condo is fully furnished including all kitchenware, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, fresh bedding and linens upon arrival, washer and dryer -- all brand new! A computer with high-speed Road Runner cable modem internet is available. This is a beautiful furnished condo that you can comfortably call "home" during your stay in paradise. The condo interior layout was very convenient for ourselves and my 86 yr. old mother. The unit was bright and furnishings comfortable. Units that other family members had were much darker. Although we didn't have time to make use of it, we liked the proximity to the pool.

The check-in was smooth, when we opened the doors the first thing that hits you is the cool breeze that runs through the unit, and the beautiful lush view of the golf course, I talked to the owner Keriann who was just a delight and her Property Manager Susan was very accommodating. The pool is in close proximate to the unit and the parking was close also... The furnishings were nice, maximizing the space, the height of the ceilings give the unit an open spacious feel-all in all it was a great but very short vacay!!! I would definitely book again...
