This oceanview condo is located steps from Windansea beach. It is very modern, clean and quiet. There are five levels altogether, with the guest room on the first level and the master bedroom on the top level, so there is privacy and space between them. The laundry is on the second level. The kitchen/dining is on the Entry (third) level. The living room/sunroom and deck are on the fourth level.
The oceanviews are visible from the living room and master bedroom.

There is a very large deck outside with a BBQ, chiminea/firepit, lush plants and a dining set. There is a carport below the deck for one car.

Kitchen appliances are stainless steel. The floors are slate tile and hardwood, with carpet only in the master bedroom.

It is very peaceful, relaxing and convenient to everything you need within walking or driving distance.
