This 2000 square foot house sits on a half-acre wooded lot at the bottom of the mountain with a only a short walk to the lakes and lifts. One lake is specifically set up for trout fishing with a fly rod and both lakes are stocked with fish. It is situated in a very private location and has a large private deck, large garage, and a separate entrance room.
The kitchen is large and has a breakfast bar and granite countertops. There is a great room with beautiful stained wood walls, a large stone fireplace with a wood-burning stove and large windows for nice views. The rooms are full of very nice furniture and new fabrics and there are TV's w/DVD and VCR upstairs and downstairs and a third small TV has a built-in VCR.
The appliances are in like-new condition as is the carpeting which covers the entire floors including the bathrooms which is very cozy on the feet in the winter.
