This charming Victorian Style Inn is located in the beautiful hill country at Canyon Lake, Texas, overlooking the ninth Hole at Canyon Lake Golf Club, which is available to all our guests, with Golf Discounts for our guests!

In addition, we offer the Lakefront Cottage which overlooks Canyon Lake is only 2 miles from the Inn, complete with full kitchen, living and dining room and outside deck overlooking the lake!

Why the Owner Chose Canyon Lake
We built our home in 1995 and when the last child left for college my dreams came true as we began to feather our "empty nest" by transforming our home into a bed and breakfast! I have always known that our location and the surrounding areas would be the perfect setting for a bed and breakfast and vacation rental with Gruene Hall, Wimberely, New Braunfels & Schlitterbahn, San Marcos, San Antonio's River Walk, Fredericksburg and more all within 20 to 45 minute drive!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Located in the Texas Hill Country on the beautiful 9th Fairway we are in the midst of numerous and varied choices of entertainment, fine dining and activities as well as the amenities at the golf course where you can enjoy the pool, golfing discounts, tennis, ect. Canyon Lake is 1.5 miles on the other side of the golf course, or go tubing on the Guadalupe River, or just enjoy feeding the white tail deer right from the back deck while you BBQ! Our motto is to...Relax, take time to enjoy life!
Located on the 9th Fairway of the golf course we offer a private and serene setting for those who want to just sit back and relax. And for those who want action, we are right in the middle of it!
Sailing excursions available on the DreamsKeeper or boat and jet ski rentals are available as well.
Tubing down the Guadaulpe River where there are numerous places to begin as it crosses the river as you go into New Braunfels.
Great tubing about the dam where the water is considerably warmer - my favorite place to go tubing!
Gruene Hall (Texas' Oldest Dance Hall) and New Braunfels with all it has to offer: live entertainment, fine dining, antique shopping, Wursfest, Wassilfest, Schlitterbahn and so much more!

We also enjoy sailing as my husband, 'Cappy', is a Captain in the Merchant Marines and we offer our guests a variety of sailing excursions!
