Ocean block, only 60 yards from the beach!! This fun cottage, in a small complex, has everything you could want. Set on a quiet street yet close to all the action - Catch the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth or enjoy the short walk to all the fun of Dewey.
Cook at the cottage with full kitchen and dine on the wonderful screened-in porch, or head out for a night on the town.
When the breeze is coming in off the ocean, turn on the ceiling fans and sit back with a good book. Air conditioners in each room offer a cooler alternative for those hot summer nights.
Front bedroom has bunk beds and an additional single bed that offers sleeping space for 3. Back bedroom has a double bed.
The cottages are the summer home to quiet, respectful neighbours, please come and enjoy your stay, but show the same respect.
Guests bring their own linens and towels and are responsible for all paper goods.
Check in at 3:00pm, Check out is 11:00am (call if you need special arrangements - we will accomodate when we can).
Half of the rental fee is due within 7 days of signed rental agreement, the remainder is due 45 days prior to check in. $300.00 security deposit.

Our family has history in the area and a lot of friends are still there.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
The proximity to the beach is one of my favourite things. It makes even a few minutes at the beach possible. I also love hearing the waves from my porch and yard. The big pine tree in the front yard makes for a cool shady spot on the really hot days and the location means you're close to everything.

I'm a former resident of Rehoboth and Dewey who has since relocated to a small ski town in Colorado. I spent a lot of time at the beach as a kid and young adult. I now want the same for my family.
