This BRAND-NEW, tastefully decorated, fully furnished, first floor unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen with a casual eating area and screened lanai. It offers great views of the golf course and lake, and it is just a short walk away from the clubhouse!!
The master bedroom is equipped with queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower and two walk-in closets. The guest bedroom is complete with twin-size beds, large closet, and adjoining access to a full bathroom. The living room has a full sofa, recliner, and a large entertainment center. Gourmet kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator and icemaker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender plus all cooking and dining utensils. Counter with two bar stools and large round table in dinette bay area with seating for four. Formal dining room seats six.
For a transfer fee of $250 you and a guest can golf, use ALL amenities with NO charge.
