Newly constructed Pemaquid Harbor Road home on 1+ acres. This is a beautiful home for relaxing and entertaining with an open floor plan on the main level and two private decks. Our large yard is ready for croquet, horseshoes, badminton or volleyball!
We appreciate comfort, therefore we supply wonderful linens, nice bath towels, and down poofs for all bedrooms.
Walk 1/2 mile down our road to the Pemaquid Lobster Co-op for lunch or dinner. Drive five minutes to a white sandy beach or to the local 18-hole golf course with restaurant. Take the Hardy Boat ferry to Monhegan island for the day or go antiquing in surrounding towns.
There is not a better feeling than waking up early at the Blair Barn with a stack of fresh Maine blueberry pancakes on the griddle, a freshly brewed pot of Pemaquid blend coffee and surrounded by your family or friends. Then to plot your days adventures starting with a round of tennis, off to a day at the beach, followed by a nap in our hammock and finally, well deserved, sunset cocktails at the Contented Sole. Then back to the Blair Barn for a home boiled Maine lobster dinner with all the fixings!!! Finally a round of charades and off to your cozy bed with your favorite book... All to do over, in a slightly different way.
