Welcome to our Gulf Front condominium home! Majestic Beach Towers I and II are two of the most amenitized buildings on our coast. Featuring 650 feet of Gulf frontage, a market with Starbucks, three outdoor and two outdoor pools including a splash pool and waterfalls, two hot tubs, Majestic Beach Towers also features a 130 stadium seating movie/presentation theater, conference facilities, fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, poolside bistro and bar, and valet, covered parking.

This spacious, two bedroom, two bath condominium home located on the 4th floor comfortably sleeps 7 adults and is professionally decorated with thoughtful attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The family room features a flat screen LCD TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, queen size sleeper sofa, and a leather recliner that converts into a cot for an additional sleeping option.

The kitchen in this home features solid surface countertops, GE appliances, built-in microwave, breakfast bar, upgraded cookware, dishes and stemware, right down to the Champagne, wine and martini glasses. The living area features nine foot to ten foot ceilings, flat panel LCD TV and DVD player and a ceiling fan

Each of the two bedrooms also features a flat panel LCD TV with DVD player, a ceiling fan, and custom-made bedding including 400-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets on the king size bed. The master bedroom also enjoys Gulf front views.

  • We returned home last week from a brief stay that turned out to be far too short. Almost everything about this vacation was fabulous - one of the best we've ever had. The condo was awesome and had everything we needed. The view of the beach and ocean from the bedroom and living room was excatly what we sought when looking for a place to stay, and is the perfect height (in our opinion). Andrea was always a pleasure to deal with and we are counting down the days until we can return for another, longer, visit.

  • You will love this beautiful condo. It's beautfully decorated, well stocked and very clean. The view from the 4th floor is breathtaking. We were able to take the stairs all week instead of the elevators...good exercise and convenient! Highly recommend this condo!

  • Well, that time has come, and I don't think we are really ready to leave,as we have had a wonderful vacation this year. I think a lot of our enjoyment has come with staying at the Majestic, and specifically in unit #402. We have enjoyed everything from the two swivel chairs and lounger on the balcony,the comfy chairs in the living room and bedroom.Having the two identical T.V.s worked so well, as we don't always want to watch the same programs, so I could go off to that great bedroom and tune into some reality shows, while Jim looked at the Turner channel. The ensuite bathroom was a treat, especially in the cooler days, as I must say I do love an evening whirlpool. The king size bed is the most comfortable one we have ever slept in, and the new luxury count white cotton sheets were fantastic. We used the fitness center every day and went to a few movies in the theatre. The indoor heated pool was perfect for those cool winter days. I think you get the message; we had a wonderful time and are looking forward already to next year, especially with our best friends being here too. Thank you for keeping this beautiful vacation home in such pristine condition. It has given us much pleasure, so please pass on our comments. to you Andrea, we have appreciated your professional approach and attention to all our requests.   • This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful property. The unit was well-decorated and had a flat screen TV in all rooms, a separate wet bar in living room area with an icemaker, and a well-equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. Great location on the 4th floor with a wonderful view but also very convenient to the third floor parking deck. The Majestic has MANY ammenities including 4 pools (indoor and outdoor) and hot tubs. Restaurant and Starbucks on the property. One of the best fitness centers I've ever seen at a condominium with every treadmill having its own personal TV screen! The Majestic is a great location convenient to many fantastic restaurants and great shopping. The new Pier Park shopping complex is a very short drive away and offers great shopping and eating opportunities.
