Luxury detached villa on 24hr secure gated community site of VISTA DEL LAGO, directly off the 192, Winter Garden, Orlando. DISNEY's Animal Kingdom is directly behind our villa! 10mins drive into the Disney Parks using the back roads. Friendly site with numerous activities available free to our guests, incl:- 3 swimming pools, hot-tubs, tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, bowls, beach volleyball, huge lake for fishing, boating or water-skiing, cycling, gym, sauna, etc. 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport, and 45 minutes drive from Sanford Airport. 45 minutes drive to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach, which is excellent for surfing! Excellent golf courses nearby, including Orange County golf club right next-door.

Our villa is well maintained and furnished to a high standard and includes all quality linens, towels, pool-towels, kitchen equipment, etc. There is a king-size sofa-bed in the living room, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. An elegant dining area offers seating for 6, and the fully equipped kitchen has a table and chairs for 4. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a double walk-in shower unit and double vanity unit, and the second bathroom has a shower over the bathtub. An extra long carport and drive allows parking for 2 vehicles, as well as space for outdoor garden furniture, which is provided. Cycles, tennis equipment, fishing equipment, etc. are provided for use of our guests.

Our villa is large and spacious and has an extra family room added, which is 28 feet in length and houses a full-size pool-table for use of our guests. This family room is at the front of the property, which looks onto pretty Los Altos Street, and the surrounding landscaped gardens. The room is fitted with special window glass in all 9 windows, which lets the light in but not the heat of the sun. It is always a pleasure to sit in this cool room after the heat and noise of the theme parks.

Our villa is designed to be relaxing and peaceful, with pastel colours throughout and an open-plan design throughout the living-room, family room, kitchen and dining-room. The property is extremely spacious and is the height of comfort.

Our housekeepers are always at the end of a cellphone should our guests have any problems during their stay, and live minutes away from the property.

  • After spending our 2 week honeymoon here we just did not want to leave. The villa and area has everything you could ask for, the villa is also only a couple of miles from most of the parks which makes it an ideal place to stay. After a long day in the parks we had a quick swim in the outdoor pool just up the road then headed back for a game of Pool, what better way could you end the day. It's a lovely well maintained villa just like a home from home and I will definately like to return.

  • The home is very nice and spacious. Everybody was amazed at the first sight of the house. We loved staying there for the whole week. There is everything needed in the house, we didn’t need to bring anything extra. Besides that the home owner is also very friendly, with a lot of helpful tips provided from Tom and Denise, we really enjoyed our family vacation in Disney.

  • We had a FABULOUS time staying here, and would recommend it to ANYONE! We have two young children (age 6 and 4) and they loved the pool table and the short walk to the pool. My husband and I loved the open layout of the home...much better than a tiny resort room and WAY more affordable! We spent the majority of our days at the Disney parks, which are VERY close on the back roads...we never had to deal with traffic or crowded roads. It was wonderful having a quiet place to come back to (with all of the ammenities of home) after being around the hustle and bustle of Disney all day. Thomas and Denise, the owners, were VERY helpful, and helped make our vacation one to remember! We will definitely be making a return trip in a few years!

  • We had a fantastic family holiday here. The villa is spacious, furnished and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.Eveything you need is there and more besides. The site is lovely, everyone is very friendly and helpful. We took three seventeen year old boys who never had a dull moment. Lots to see and do, with good places to eat and drink within walking distance. We look forward to our next visit soon I hope!!

Everything was better than we hoped or expected.The house is tastefully finished and has everything you would expect to find in your own home.It is centrally situated in Orlando on a lovely gated community, which has great swimming and recreational areas. We would heartily recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the Sunshine State, and do so to all our friends. Thanks again Tom and Denise.
