Our villa is our only property in Orlando and is used by our family for holidays. It is single storey and very spacious (2300 sq ft). It has a heated pool and an extended deck area with table, seating and sun loungers. It is on a small urbanisation of just 62 homes. It is located in a quiet, rural location but is only 2 miles to the nearest interstate (I4), so access to all local attractions is easy. Disney is 15 mins away, Sea World 25 mins, Universal about 30 mins.

Within 2 miles there is a Publix grocery store, gas sations, bank, Chinese take away, drug stores, restaurants - everything you might need.

The villa is spacious - it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges, wi fi access and free telephone calls within USA, Canada and Peurto Rico. It is a one story home with wide door ways accessible for wheel chair users.

This is an opportunity to rent a beautiful, spacious property for less than the cost of a couple of decent hotel rooms!!! It is well supplied if you want to cook at home. There is a BBQ. There are lots of great places to eat nearby.The choice is yours!!

The best way to review this property is to say that we rented it for 8 weeks and we have requested a 10 week booking for next winter! The house is comfortable and well equipped. The screened in deck and pool area faces west so beautiful sunsets are guaranteed, Wildflowe Ridge is a quiet, rural setting but everything from restaurants to malls to grocery stores and even Disney are within a 5 to 20 minute drive

The house was larger than we expected. Very clean and fully stocked. Convenient to theme parks yet quiet and relaxing to be away from the crowds.
