Just 3 miles from Beaver Creek Ski Resort and 10 miles to Vail Village. This is a fabulous sunny 3 bedroom + den + loft home has been totally remodeled. There are three wood burning fireplaces, one in the living area, one in the hearth room and one in the master bedroom. There is a private hot tub off the master for your relaxation after a day skiing the back bowls of Vail, or Beaver Creek's moguls.
Designers decorated the home with plenty of warmth and character. On the main floor you will find the den with a sleeper sofa and bath, the kitchen with attached dining area, and the hearth room. The kitchen features all new appliances and sunny deck for a spring time a pre-skiing barbeque. Step down a couple of steps from the main floor to relax in the living area. A entertainment system complete with pull-out TV, stereo and DVD player sits adjacent to the large stone fireplace. The patio off the living area opens to a large yard.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a queen bedroom shares a bath with the bedroom with two bunks. The master has a queen bed and a private bath and a hot tub on the adjoining deck.
We maintain our home with young families in mind. We offer lots of amentities for young children to make your travels easier including: crib and linens, pack n' play, highchair, stroller, baby monitor, portable changing pad, bed guard rails, utensils and dinnerware, lots of children's toys, books and movies.

Why the Owner Chose Avon
My husband and I bought this home when we lived and worked in the Vail Valley back in 2000 as our primary residence. In 2003, after the birth of our first child, we completely remodeled the home and added third bedroom upstairs. Since then we had to relocate to Denver, but love the valley and wanted to keep the home for our growing family to enjoy. We use it whenever it isn't rented. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We enjoyed our lovely weekend in your condo near Beaver Creek. It was easy to get to and from the slopes, and even better to relax in the hot tub after skiing. There was plenty of space for our family of four and our friends, who are a family of five (baby in the crib). The kids loved the bunk beds and all the good food we prepared in your excellent kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality. i would recommend this property for anyone looking to vacation in the area.

We had a wonderful stay here and really appreciate all the attention to detail in the house. I think it's great that the kitchen is so well outfitted, and we got tons of use out of the kids stuff. Have a wonderful year, and hopefully will be back one day soon!
