There are 4 bedrooms.Two are luxury master bedroom suites that view the lake as well as Bromley Mt. (See winter photo attached) . Each Master Bedroom has King Size beds.Each is 35' X 28' (including bath and closets).
Two additional bed rooms share a bath.
There is a well appointed Gym with sauna and bath.
The great room is 30' X 30' with wood cathedral ceilings. This room also overlooks the lake as well as Bromley Mt. It is the fun room : Pool table, card table and a new 57" T.V. . A great way to pass those evening hours after time on the slopes!
The professional kitchen has all the appliances you could ask for including a gas indoor BBQ .
The granite Master bath has an attached gazebo for the jetted two person tub.
All of the baths are granite.
There are maple floors through-out.
Three bedrooms are carpeted and one has mayple flooring.
There are three gas fireplaces. As well as a heated two car garage.
The house is located down a long private driveway on 12 1/2 pristine acres.
Supermarket in Londonderry is 4 miles away. Major shopping in Manchester 7 miles away.
The concrete walk-way to the house is heated so it never needs shoveling.
There is also a room used as an office .
The home is also equipped with an automatic emergency generator that ansures uninterrupted electric regardless of a storm or any other reson for power outage. It goes on and off automatically so there is nothing you have to do other than enjoy your holiday.
