Whether you are one or three families, everyone will love staying at Quandary Peak Lodge! This beautiful home sleeps up to 14 people and offers some of the best views in Summit County...almost all windows look out over three 14,000 foot peaks. This four+ bedroom, four and a half bath home has been designer decorated in a European Chalet style. All the finishes are of the highest quality. Enjoy views of Quandary Peak and Tenmile Range from the seven-person hot tub, relaxing in front of the fireplace or sipping coffee on the front deck.
This property offers a relaxing mountain setting, with hiking out your back door and shopping, fine dining, and world-class skiing in Breckenridge. It's an easy 10-minute drive to the gondola and downtown Breckenridge, and enjoy the peace and quiet of a wonderful mountain retreat!. Four other top ski resorts (Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland) are within a 40-minute drive, with Vail less than an hour away. Breckenridge also offers the only Jack Nickolas-designed public golf course in the world, and is situated among some of the most revered fly-fishing waters in the Western U.S.
On the main level is a fully equipped, oversized gourmet kitchen (granite and stainless steel) that opens to a large dining room. A deck off the kitchen offers a stainless steel grill and outdoor eating area. The expansive great room has a fireplace, entertainment center, wet bar, wine cellar and three conversation areas to accommodate larger groups. This room opens to two decks featuring magnificent views and a hot tub.
The first master bedroom is Tuscan style with private access to the hot tub and gorgeous views of Quandary and the Tenmile Range. It is a massive suite with a king-size bed, entertainment center, work desk and queen sleeper sofa. A magnificent spa-like bathroom features a two-person Jacuzzi jetted tub with forest views, as well as an oversized steam shower.
A second master bedroom decorated in an Austrian Alpine style has beautiful wooded views, a king bed and a private bath with a jetted Jacuzzi tub. This room also has a work desk and can serve as excellent office space. The third master bedroom on this floor features a beautiful queen hickory bed with canopy and a private bathroom with large shower.
Families with children or larger groups will appreciate the two gracious living areas. The lower level offers the Black Bear Bunk Room which sleeps four persons and features a secret "club house" for kids. Up a short flight of stairs is a kids play area or second family room stocked with games and an entertainment center as well as a full bathroom. This family room can also sleep two people on a queen sleeper.
A huge two-car garage provides plenty of room for loading and unloading vehicles with direct access to a mudroom and the house. We recommend a four-wheel or front-wheel drive in the winter as the Breckenridge area experiences heavy snowfall.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. The view is spectacular, the bedrooms are spacious with GREAT beds, the kithen is a dream and is stocked with everything you need. This home is beautifully furnished and roomy enough for several families. We loved it and so did our children. We hope to stay here again. Everything you need for a great vacation you will find in this home.Hot tub and steam shower are tops!

For over 35 years I have been coming to Colorado to ski with a group of family or friends. This had to be our best stay ever. The home was fantastic with room to move around and spectacular views. Also I love to cook and the great kitchen and especailly the pantry were a joy. Most of the time we have to buy staples like flour, sugar, salad dressing, etc., this way we used what we needed and then left more than we took. We look forward to going back in the future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Thanks so much for sharing your amazing house with us! It was even better than the pictures showed! We all wanted to pass along what a great place it was to stay and how comfortable we felt there. The house was stocked with so many things and made it very easy for us. The location was spectacular also - we enjoyed exploring around the house and enjoying the views. My 6 year old (who slept downstairs, by herself!) woke me up the first morning saying: "you won't believe the beautiful view I have out of my bedroom window!" We really hope to be able to come back and stay again with some friends. Thanks again so much!
