Our condominium is located directly across from Siesta Key Beach, recognized as the #1 beach in the US. Imagine, walking 3 minutes to the beach and not having to look for a parking space!
Our unit has been renovated with new living room furniture, carpeting, bedroom mattresses, and new 40 in. LCD HIGH DEFINITION TELEVISION. The kitchen has NEW APPLIANCES and the bathrooms have new fixtures. The condominium is tastefully decorated with a contemporary theme.
There is a fully screened lanai, a perfect place to have your breakfast while enjoying a view of the beach or to sip your coffee after dinner while enjoying a sunset over the gulf.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating five adults comfortably. The unit also has three televisions, two of which have DVD and VHS players.
The La Siesta complex has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard, a fully air conditioned clubhouse with broadband internet access (wireless), pool table, table tennis and fitness room.
The condominium is walking distance from Siesta Key Village, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and nightly entertainment. You are just minutes away from Sarasota where you will find shopping, dining and entertainment to suit every taste and budget. We are also just one hour from Tampa (Busch Gardens) and only two hours from Orlando (Disney and other theme parks).

After many years of vacationing elsewhere, we decided to give Siesta Key a try. I chose this property due to the location, and it seemed to be what we were looking for. The condo was great! There was nothing that was not provided, the screened in porch was great, there were beach chairs/flotation devices/beach towels, you litereally only need to bring your suitcase and food. The beach is across the road in front of the condo, and is easy to reach, we walked every day with small children and it was no problem. Maria works the front desk for the condos, and was helpful and accomodating, and suggested restaurants and attractions, she was great! As for Siesta Key, if you've never been, give it a try. We love it and are planning to come back. The beaches are beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the water is calm with enough waves to be fun for the kids. The village is charming and has great restaurants and shops. There is a bus that stops in front of the condos you can ride as well. We stayed an extra day because we were having such a good time. Can't wait to come back!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We just returned from our vacation at LaSiesta on Siesta Key and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The weather was beautiful and the condo was very nicely decorated, clean and suited our needs just fine. I stayed there during the first week August, 06. Very impressed with the condition of the condo....very clean and nicely furnished. Just a short walk to the beach (across the street)....I felt sorry for the cars circling the parking lot looking for spaces that busy Saturday! Loved the LCD television with DVD player! About the owner: I am in my mid fifties and work in marketing for an international chemical company. I am married with two children. I enjoy the beach (of course!), reading, playing chess, and exercising.
Why the Owner Chose La Siesta:
I vacationed in Siesta Key every year with my wife, two children, and my in-laws since 1992 and absolutely loved the beach and the ambiance at Siesta Key. It's a great location. One hour to Tampa, two hours to Orlando.
