Our new charming villa home overlooks the breathtaking Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and is just a few steps away from the swimming pool, tennis courts, shopping and recreation. You will not find a more luxurious, well appointed home in the Colony Villas!

Our villa has 2100 square feet, three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two and one half baths. It is perfectly positioned within the complex, with no one above you or below you. We even have a small ocean view from the upstairs bedroom. This home has been beautifully decorated with plush, Hawaiian style furnishings, artwork, granite, 17 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, high end appliances, air conditioning and cool island colors, all in an award-winning architectural design.

The upstairs master suite has designer furnishings, a queen-size bed with 500 thread count luxury linens, media cabinet with 32 inch television, large walk in closet, a private lanai overlooking the golf course, a spacious master bath with Corian countertops, a soaking tub, separate shower and spa quality bath towels. Guest bedroom one has a comfortable queen-size bed, large plasma flat screen television, luxury linens, and beautiful Hawaiian colors. Guest bedroom two has two twin beds and a television, dvd player. Additionally, there is a portable crib available for the keiki! These rooms share their own ample bathroom with a full tub and shower.

The main living areas are located on the lower level and include a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with every conceivable amenity. All you need has been thoughtfully provided for, except the groceries!(most spices are provided) The dining room seats six and looks out over the expansive green lawn.

The living room is ready for entertaining and is equipped with a television, DVD player, VCR and loaded with dozens of DVD’s. We have provided a stereo with CD player and i-pod or other MP3 player mount. We furnish free high-speed Internet access and free local calls.

We have a spacious and fully furnished lanai on the lower level for morning coffee amidst the lush landscaping and fragrant plumeria.

Bike rentals are expensive! We have provided our guests with free bicycles!

  • This villa was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. The complex is quiet, has two beautiful pools, and is close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the extra amenities like kids' toys and DVDs. We would highly recommend staying here!

  • This Villa is not a house, it is a home. It is the most well-kept and beautifully decorated of any condo we have ever stayed. Travel writing was a part of my job prior to retirement and we have stayed in many different vacation rentals. This was by far the best. Every household item is first class. The location is ideal. The pool and workout facilities are just a short walk away. Anyone making a trip to Kona will feel right at home here.

The villa, the amenities, the location, and the ease of use made for a hassle-free week in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The owner was so delighful to work with and has a wealth of knowledge about where to go and things to do. In spite of Aloha Airline's bankruptcy, we had a wonderful week and look forward to returning (when the airfares get back to "normal").

  • We visited this unit fall of 2006 with our two little children. We have been visiting Hawaii at least once a year for the last 10 years, and this was one of the best places we stayed. The unit was very elegantly decorated, and has many upgrades. It had lots of extra amenities, from sand toys for the children to chairs, bikes, everything you will need for your stay. We felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. We had a great time and would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely, beautiful, comfortable villa. It was spacious, clean, and well furnished and perfect for our family. We were most appreciative of all the kitchen amenities - new, good quality appliances and utensils. We had a wonderful vacation, and would recommend this vila to anyone considering a holiday on the BIg Island. It is in a quiet community, and the landscaping and pools are great.
