We loved this cabin! We are just starting construction on a home up in Maggie Valley, and will be traveling there often to check on the house. If available, we will stay here everytime! We love having a view, but sometimes that puts you far from the access roads. Not with this one! Has a view, but it's easy to get to! My dog loved it as well. It's very clean, and has all you may need except for one thing. There are not enough deck chairs. If you can, bring some with you. You may get some visitors....goats! The neighboring farmette has about 11 goats, and they come over to graze. Thanks for sharing your adorable place with us!

JULY VACATION

We loved this place. We've stayed at other cabins,but nothing came close to this. The view, the hot tub and the fire pit were awesome. Everything was really clean and we had everything we needed. We went white water rafting,hiking, shopping and gambling. Maggie Valley is really a nice little town. The cabin was better than the listing describes it The owners were great to deal with. As much as we love home, we hated to leave. We will be back some day. Thanks for letting us share you're cabin.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin the week between Christmas and New Years. It is even more beautiful than the pictures portray. We loved the cabin, views, privacy, location, hot tub and the snow! Words cannot describe how perfect our trip was. We truly made many family memories that will last a lifetime. The cabin is wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything you need. We hope to get back again soon and recommend Smokey Mountain High with two thumbs up!

August Vacation

We were most fortunate to be able to spend a month at this cabin. It was wonderful!!! The downstairs bedroom as well as the upstairs bedroom and loft area were very spacious. The laundry room off of the master bedroom was very convenient. Two restrooms on the first floor were also very convenient as well as one on the second floor. The kitchen was more than amply supplied with all the necessities. The AC made it very comfortable. The wrap-a-round porch was most definitely the crown jewel. The views were amazing. We spent hours just sitting on the porch. It's about a mile from the cabin to the main street on a paved road. The driveway is also paved. Maggie Valley has lots of good restaurants and shops as does the nearby town of Waynesville. The owners were very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. I can't imagine a better place for a vacation!!!!!!!!

June vacation

Was a total enjoyment for us, very secluded and private, really enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing you need is more chairs for the deck, 4 of us shared the cabin and if we hadn't brought our bag chairs, there was not enough outdoor seating, otherwise we loved our visit. The property looks exactly like the photos, very clean and neat.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful cabin Thanksgiving of 2006 and had a wonderful time. The cabin has an AMAZING view of downtown Maggie Valley and the night sky is so full of stars that you feel as if you can reach out and touch them. The cabin is located close to everything, but yet secluded and quiet. We hope to stay there again this fall. Thank you for an amazing vacation!
