Year Purchased: 1985
I am in the investment business in Colorado. My family has owned this property since 1987 and we just began limited rentals 3 years ago. We rent primarily in November, December and January and my family uses the villa from February Through April. We are hesitant to rent during the hurricane season but we will entertain a request. Our association requires that we rent for a minimum of a month and we rent a maximum of 3 times a year. Minimal rental keeps the place in good shape and provides us with a fair amount of flexibility for other family trips. It's a wonderful spot, very private and we are sure you will enjoy your stay!
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
The villa is located in Bridge Way area of Pelican Bay, which is on the north side of Naples. Pelican Bay is private association which has a great 3 1/2 mile beach for the owners, guests and renters. It is located on the other side of a beautiful mangrove forest and is accessible by 2 boardwalk portals which have frequent trams going back and forth through the mangroves. There are two excellent restaurants at the beach end of both boardwalks and they serve delicious meals for lunch and dinner. Tennis and golf are also available to guests. In addition we are located within walking distance to the beach, the Naples Philharmonic Center and the Waterside shops. Beautiful Old Naples is only a short 10 minute drive from Bridgeway. But, if you feel like a quiet night at home, our patio with 2 tables, is very private and surrounded by a variety of beautiful tropical plants. The pool has a hot tub attached to it and it's a terrific place to watch the sun go down over a quiet lake.
