Welcome to Beach Dreams II, our beautiful brand new mid-rise condo with it's lovely furnishings and convenient first floor location. A fully-equipped kitchen awaits. An automatic Grind and Brew coffee maker can be set so you enjoy the spectacular sunrise with a fresh cup. Cable TV and DVD in every room gives options for all. Limited games, books and DVDs available, feel free to bring your favorites. A King Master Bedroom adjoins the huge master bath with walk-in shower and separate tub. The Nautical Queen bedroom, Bunkroom with twin over double beds, and the Queen sleeper sofa allows sleeping comfort for up to nine people.
Beach Dreams II borders Point Washington Forest with a lovely fenced in pool area and clubhouse or take a short stroll to the pedestrian boardwalk, taking you to the magnificent sugar sand beaches and sparkling aquamarine waters of the Gulf. Take your favorite beverages in the rolling cooler provided and bring your beach chairs, there is a rolling carrier provided for your ease. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that the area is noted for.
Excellent restaurants abound along with sandwich shops and pizzerias within walking distance. Rentals nearby offer movies, bicycles, kayaks, moor scooters and scuba gear.
Minutes to the west is the Village of Seaside and to the East is Rosemary Beach. Each offers unique shops their own local flavor, entertainment, galleries and restaurants. Dedicated Bike and walking paths follow scenic 30A through all the unique seaside villages of Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Grayton State Park, Blue Mountain, Dune Allan, Gulf Place, Santa Rosa Beach and Topsail State Park. At the west end of 30A is Highway 98, turn left and head to Sandestin's Baytown Wharf to enjoy their restaurants, shops and music by the bay. Keep going on 98 to the Silver Sands upscale outlet mall or the Market Place Shops. Continue on to the Destin's Commons Mall for fun at the Hard Rock Café or other eateries, enjoy the multi-plex theatre or visit all the wonderful shops anchored by Bass Pro and Belks. Further down is the greatest water park Big Kahuna's. Numerous golf courses, clubs, fishing charters, art galleries and party boats are along the way.
